Check in and out went smoothly. The extended checkout time is fantastic. The room was clean. I appreciated the newer shower with curved glass doors. The room was quiet and the hotel is in a great place. Highway is easily accessible. A cute hub of antique stores across the street. I loved the indoor saltwater pool. We will definitely be returning to this facility

The Super 8 by Wyndham Ft.
The Super 8 by Wyndham Ft. Oglethorpe GA/Chatt TN Area was not great. Was afraid of getting robbed or worse. Room was nothing like the picture and the room was not properly cleaned. I had to get my clorox wipes out of my car and clean the sink and unstop it to drain. The floors were not very clean and a ton of dust under the bed. Bedspread had stains and the desk was broke had one tv not working so it was moved to the dresser and a working one was on the desk. Blow dryer on wall was very dirty inside and out. Fridge was not clean and tub had black stuff under the upper wall where it ended. Sprayed tub and shower head with lysol

The initial check-in process was reasonably quick.
The initial check-in process was reasonably quick. Upon, receiving our room she didn't let me know in what direction to go. We find the room and park we make it to the top of the stairs where my husband had to tell and an employee sitting at the top of the stairs in the way to move out of our way. This same employee took the key card from my husband in a rude manner, anyhow we open the door to see a totally nasty room. The sheets are on the floor, no new sheets on the bed. The room hadn't been touched. We go back down to the office, and get treated rudely. I decided to cancel my reservation and go else where. I will NEVER be back to this location.
