The room was clean & smelled fresh. The location was ideal for us as we were in Tyler for a family funeral. The breakfast offered was definitely a bonus.

If the water slides would have been open that looked like a blast for the kids. The pools were open and we did enjoy that. Location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also close enough to go to the Caldwell Zoo.
