recommend not lying to guests to get them to stay, by saying its a beach front property when that doesn't even exist. Maybe go behind your employees to make sure they are doing their job correctly. Like cleaning up the inside and outside of cottages before new guests arrive. Please find someone to clean up all the insane amounts of duck poop on your beach. Its a massive amount and its disgusting.

Not what we expected the cabin had a musty moldy smell. They did bring air freshener to spray the next day was not very helpful. The smell was probably coming from the fact that central air was broken and fans was only thing working. Toilet stopped working breaker tripped when we used microwave the first time. We were interrupted several times because maintenance had to come and bring 3 window units , then next day they came to fix central air. It was my feeling they should have waited till we checked out. They did respond quickly.
