ToEThis is certainly not a 4 star hotel...
1] no porter service to take your bags to the rooms
2] very limited breakfast with no egg station for freshly fried and omellete.....just badly pre prepared scrammed eggs.
3) Only paper plates, cups and plastic utensils used
4)Bathroom had a little handbasin with no hanging space for brushes etc.
5) room small with no drawers
6) one positive..bed very comfortable with clean sheets

I have visited NYC several times and even lived there for a year. Taking into account the high hotel fares in the city, I think that Moxy is a smart choice. The room felt more ample than it was. It was modern, clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. I loved the luggage storage service, it was easy to use and extremely convenient. Besides, all interactions with personnel (including check-in and out) were very agile. The location was also perfect. I will be back next time I visit NYC!
