The female staff. Nikki at the front desk needs to be fired. She has a nasty attitude. Very bitter and miserable. She shouldn't not be there period. No respect for the guest. NO FOOD. Facility is too industrial.
Facility is too industrial. No carpeting on the floors make for a less than cozy room. Heat/air is too loud and seem to come on more frequent than usual.
While the lay out of the room is modern/contemporary it is not practical and usable.
Refrigerator is the small countertop model and as such cannot store a reasonable about. Microwave is extra small but usable.
The closet does not allow for the hanging of a full length winter coat and is not comfortably accessible. The rollout sleeper couch is hard for sitting. We did not need to use it as a bed.
The continental breakfast is an insult. Cheaper motels/hotels provide a more healthy selection. The only hot was the coffee.
I wouldn't use this facility again. It is a long way from being a hotel. Surprised and very disappointed at Wyndam.

The location and ease of getting there was good. I liked that the sink and mirror was outside the tub/camped room. Makes it easier for two people to get ready. And we found a great little restaurant near by for supper.
Negatives- outside entrances, dirty towel left in room, ironing board holder pulled off wall and not fixed, sheets too small for king bed, outside corridor walkway very noisy.

My room was clean, the shower fixtures were new and worked well, quiet area for sleeping, I was transiting cleveland airport and needed a hotel for few hours to freshen up. this hotel was the cheapest in the area around cleveland airport, they offered shuttle service to/from the airport. Perferct solution for my needs as a sleep deprived single traveler! The hotel delivered on the things that were important to me in a long layover at cleveland airport.
I was hoping for sausage and gravy but bacon was nice and crisp, eggs were fine, potatoes looked good but I didn't eat any. All the extra's were was awesome and I took a package along to eat on the plane maybe. I wound up eating one on the way after landing in Tampa.
The water in the room was fantastic! So convenient! Loved the shower too, and the bed was comfy! I have told several people that it was the nicest hotel I have ever had.
Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I was visiting family in the area, but for those coming from away, the location is ideal. You are near a beautiful park, good shopping and food. Nice quiet neighborhood...but a quick drive away for the downtown area, without having to stay there.
Clean and comfortable, unique retro style. The hotel is a renovated NASA Glenn Research office building - it doesn't look like a hotel from the outside at all. Very clean, small no-frills continental breakfast. Hallways were 60's style office-building chic, and it even had easy stairway access.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Our room was very clean. The shuttle was available for an early flight. The hotel was very close to the airport. Also, we enjoyed dinner at the Aviator Restaurant and Event Center, which was very close to the hotel.
The Hotel was very nice, big rooms, very comfortable, nice enough breakfast (not so many options but good in taste), the hotel is very close to the airport but quite far from the city.

Almost everything. The staff was super, the property is really clean. It’s a plus that there is no carpet. It really was a neat hotel and the furniture is quite cute. We loved it…absolutely loved the touch free pancake maker and thé wrapped granola bars.
Nice to have an apartment rather than hotel for our stay. Nice living area and small kitchen. Very helpful staff and other than some traffic noise no loud tenants around us
