I was given a room o n the first floor, but that room heater was not working. My daughter ask for another room and we were given a room on the third floor. That room was comfortable.
there was one thing that you must check in your rooms, and that is your coffee makers. Please make sure they are clean and working.
As for the first floor please check your ac's and appliances at least once a week.
If you apply a guest to a certain room, make sure check all necessary appliances and ac in the room and make sure they work and make sure the room is properly clean.
I know that the room rates are cheap, that does not give you the right to treat the guest that way.
Your guest choose you. There are many hotels to choose from. So please, let your staff know that, the accomadations are to be in proper standing.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a great variety of cold and hot foods for breakfast. There were a lot of restaurants near by. Workout room was clean and adequate. We didn't use the pool, but it was there. The housekeeping staff were always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Those ladies were the best.

I was there for work....actually returning in a few weeks. I didn't see a lot of Fairburn, but what I saw was okay.
I ate at the Cracker Barrel just a couple of minutes up Senoia Road; however, there are actually several places easily within walking distance.

I lived in Fairburn for a few years from 2011-2014 and I miss it every day! It is the perfect town with the perfect pace, not too fast and not too slow. You get to drive into the "madness" called Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs and come back to the peacefulness of Fairburn. It is very family oriented and that is a plus living in the times that we are living in.

Stay here if you enjoy the finer things in life such as no A/C in your room, alarm clocks going off two days in a row in an empty room next door at 6am when you were told no other rooms were available when you had to fight over an hour to be placed in a room with working a/c. Zero customer service and I mean ZERO! No power for 3 hours, loud neighboors, won't be visiting this area nor this hotel chain again. Then only offered 20% of my money back! Yup my familys horrible experience was only worth $40!
Hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the area was safe. Central area, food places are close by and your 20 min or so from downtown.
I wish there were a bit more options for the complimentary breakfast, but I guess you can't complain about free. Overall, will stay there again. Overall, good value for the money. Comfy bed and clean sheets. A good deal.
This is the nicest place we've stayed, ever, and will be our go-to hotel for the Renaissance Faire forevermore. From the simple luxuries like the iced lemon water in the lobby to the proximity to the amazing peanut butter frozen yogurt across the street to the gym, this was a great experience. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my long night.
Oh, and we HIGHLY recommend "Lady Fanny Mae's Ultimate Fish Fry" in Fairburn for some of the BEST catfish in the country. Small family place, limited menu, but every bite was served with love.
The breakfast was nice and the young lady working the breakfast area gave exceptional customer service, she was nice, friendly and was engaging with the guest in a bubbly professional manner.
Location is great, just about 15 minutes drive from Atlanta Airport.
