everything was excellent, the room looked freshly painted and very clean, even the remote. the bed was very comfortable. A big screen tv was nice. lots of pillow to chose from. all the toileteries needed. shower was nice and hot.

The staff could not have been better. My room 158 was clean but in need of repair. Plus someone had covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag! The breakfast was fair but I'd have been happy to pay for more fresh fruit.

I appreciate the room, the small gym, the continental breakfast they offered us as a courtesy and the location. Sarah from the restaurant was a very helpful and kind person doing some arrangements with gluten free food for me.

Didn't really visit any sights in Evan Mills.
Hotel was clean, reasonably well-equipped (hair dryer, TV, fridge, microwave, hair dryer) and was well-located near several restaurants and a Super-Walmart store (good for groceries and prepared foods). Close to major highways.

NO MASKS WORN!!! when asked if mask policy was in place, housekeeper rolled her eyes. This is totally unacceptable....we have lost friends/family with this COVID this is NOT a joke!!! This tells me that DAYS INN-EVANS MILLS doesn't care....not cool

We stayed on the way home from a long trip and did not leave the room. The hotel location was great for travelling and we sent out for food so did not explore the immediate area at all. However on the way there from the east we passed through some amazingly beautiful country in southern Quebec and along the St Lawrence River and the Thousand Islands. These areas are not too far from Watertown/Evan Mills.
Staff with a mop bucket told us as we were waiting for the elevator that we should probably use the stairs.After spending almost 300 dollars to stay 2 nights I took offense to that statement.To that statement I say Days Inn can kiss my butt.Never again.Desk staff was good.

Owner and staff were very friendly and took great care of the hotel! We checked in and found out later they had a water issue. The owner worked his tail off to get it fixed and made sure that we (customers) were fairly compensated for the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stay here every time we travel to upstate new york. It's our favorite hotel, it's always clean and tidy the staff is always wonderful and we always leave happy we highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!
