It was the worst place I've ever stayed in. The front desk person was rude, I called to tell him the bed was as hard as concrete he said all beds are the same. Well upon moving to the other bed in the room it was much better. Slept ok. Upon getting up in the morning, I went to shower and noticed the sink from last night didn't drain. So wiggled the plug part and it still drained slowly. Got out of shower dressed and found out my daughter's feet on the bottoms were black with dirt. Looked at my feet and they were the same. Ugh the floors were filthy..
I called again and asked for a redund.he told me I already stayed for the night so no refund will be given. No matter what the problem was.!!! So I took a video of my wife taking a clean towel wiping the floor off and OMG!! IT IS NOW FILTHY ALSO.
I advise if you do stay in this location you inspect the room before you stay. I will attach the video.

Staff was super nice, breakfast was good, and our room was clean. No real complaints, if I had to pick I’d say it’s about 2 years before they will need to spruce it (bathroom) up. Best choice in the area- will definitely go back.

This hotel had friendly stAff.
This hotel had friendly stAff. The bathroom had no toilet tissue holder. This is our 2 nd time staying here. Although the hotel is nice and convents, after a long drive there is no restaurants that offer a comfortable, clean and something else besides fast foods.

For what you get, you'd think you were staying at the cheapest motel available. The indoor pool was out of order. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bathroom light in our room was broken. The sink wouldn't drain. No toilet paper on the rolls and a half used roll sitting on the toilet. Paint peeling off the walls. Hot breakfast was actually a paper bag with an orange, granola, and a prepackaged muffin. What a bad experience, considering what we paid.

Do not stay here. The physical plant needs updating.
Do not stay here. The physical plant needs updating. Carpeting nasty and it could use a coat of paint. Pool looked uninviting and we were afraid to use it. Could not wait to be able to leave in the morning.
I was charged Double for the room $161 via booking.com and another $200 when I arrived at the hotel. I have been calling the manager, but no one would return my call. Unfortunately, I have been with Booking.com for over 4 years and my last couple of bookings have not gone well. This appears to be an ongoing issue that is why I have decreased my booking usage with the platform.

My main priority was a safe clean hotel as a halfway point stopover to our vacation destination. This hotel fulfilled my expectations. The property was very well kept.
The hotel was easily accessible to routes 58 and I95.
The free breakfast had choices for everyone’s taste whether it was hot, cold or lite. The coffee was delicious. It also made getting back on the road easy and convenient.
OK, for a hotel like this - a typical hotel on a highway, this was great. The staff really made it, everyone from the front desk to cleaning folks were great and the breakfast room staff were super friendly. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Pool was a little tiny and cold, but good enough to cool off. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is located conveniently near the main highways, making it a good place for a layover. Also, when we arrived, our room was not ready, but the staff very promptly completed cleaning a room for us, which we appreciated. The hotel staff also fulfilled our request to have a pet friendly room next to an exit door.
staff were very polite proffesional....accepted my concerns and tried to remedy the situation....Melinda at front desk and manager were terrific the hotel is supposed to have some renovations soon....breakfast was good but could have more choices...the location is perfect..
The room was very clean, Quiet I could not hear anyone else noise. The bathroom door was should swing out and not into the bathroom, b/c the toilet was very cramped. The bed was very comfortable, I will stay again when I'm back in Emporia
Very nice design for the rooms. The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were also very spacious and had modern updates. Overall a nice hotel.
