The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. We were able to be accommodated and receive a room on the ground floor which was appreciated. The view is beautiful in the morning, it's in a good spot to pull off the road and rest and then easily get back on course.

Cute little Inn, recently renovated in Southwestern design. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good water pressure, nice shower. Nice towels. Coffee service in the room. Also a safe. Very nice staff who stayed in communication with us as we were traveling.

Boots is the Host with the Most! The coffee was the best; plenty of creamer and sugar (If you rolled your eyes at that, you don't take that first cup as seriously as I do!). Very thoughtful touches and cute, well maintained historical building.
A hot tub is available for guests, along with an open-air bath. There's a sun terrace and guests can use free Wifi and free private parking.

This is such a beautiful and private location in the heart of a unique and fun town. It is like staying in a functional museum. Inspiring, relaxing and spacious. Close to downtown. I was able to study, visit with family, see the sites and get in some much needed downtime and soul searching. We were so blessed to stay 2 days and would again when we come through. It was home base while we were in T or C.

Beautiful lake...downside was all restaurants, etc were limited due to COVID-19. Ordered takeout from Los Arcos and it was amazing...tried to order again the next night but it was already after closing time. Definitely give them a try if in the area.

We are in the process of buying some property in Elephant Butte. Nice small town vibe, quiet, no traffic, and everybody waves to each other.
Great fishing and water sports. Close to many historical sites and outdoor activities.
Decent food options in T or C, although there are a couple restaurants in town.

They advertised a spa. The spa was closed for renovation.

The only thing that operated was the hotel. I had to go miles out of my way to find food during my stay. It was terrible and an extreme inconvenience. They essentially lied saying that they had the services available. I will never stay here again.
The house is very well kept, clean and is well equipped/supplied. It is spacious and has that unique inviting atmosphere. The owner is exceptionally kind, courteous and accomodating. I have now found a nice new place to stay during our frequent visits to Elephant Butte and/or Truth or Consequences.
I was so very disappointed in this place. I thought this was gonna be a fun overnight stay with having the restaurant, spa and pool with the lake view. Nothing was advertised about all that being shutdown or I wouldn’t of stayed. Landscaping and everything else has gone to the dumps.
