The location was right off the interstate for ease of travel. The room was very clean and looked newly remodeled. I liked that it didn't have carpet but had a vinyl floor.

The breakfast was good, cheese omelets and sausage, waffles, fresh fruit etc. It was tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The pool area was well lit and clean. It only had a two star rating so I was pleasantly surprised. It was a lot nicer than the hotel I’m in tonight and it is higher priced.

A diamond in the rough. Older motel but nicely furnished. Newer shower tub/surround. Newer bath faucets and sink. Updated, well-lit room lighting. Newer combo HVAC unit; kept room cozy. Staff friendly and very accomodating. Definitely will return again.
The hotel had out of order signs on the washer and dryer.
The hotel had out of order signs on the washer and dryer. The pool was closed. Toilet didn't flush properly. Furniture was messed up. Smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic. The only good thing is the breakfast. Booking .com didn't say any of these things when i booked our room.

For us, El Reno is a convenient stopping place on I-40 when we attend concerts at the Sugar Creek Casino in Hinton, OK. Good hotels and restaurants make it a good overnight base camp for your concerts and other events in the area!

I feel that I cannot answer this question fairly. We stayed here the night following the devastating tornado struck the area. Very solemn.
However, everyone we came in contact with was always very kind!

The location was great the town is adorable, so much to see. Rooms were good size and very clean. They have a full breakfast with eggs, meat, gravy and biscuits plus pancakes and waffles and other choices. Coffee was great. It is definitely someplace I would stay again.
I always stay here when I come to town to visit family and it’s customer service is great, the rooms and rates are great, the pool is very clean, the rooms and hotel is very clean, I’d recommend this stay for anyone to enjoy!!
I love this place, I can stay here and visit my grandkids and family, they have fun here swimming in the pool, it’s very clean place!! Excellent customer service!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! 😃
Standard breakfast was good. Always better than continental type breakfast. Most hotels never have bacon.
