The Holiday Inn I-94 West location was perfect for us. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had a great time there. The hotel has a great breakfast and the soap and lotion in the bathrooms were Dove products which we loved. Our stay was very comfortable and accessible. Thank you for the opportunity.

i was not happy as i always put a paper in door to see if anyone enters room without knowledge when i am away well it was gone when i come back i asked person at desk if it is appropriate for staff to enter without permission when gone he lied and said it was on floor n picked it up ..in order for it to be on floor you would have to open door..and we were only at hotel for one hour it didnt need cleaning as we just recently arrived . sorry but its not ok to enter room..and i let him know so ya will never recommend super 8 as cant be trusted or feel safe my grandaughter was devistated and could not sleep it scared her that someone actually entered room when we were not there..never again...we need to feel safe. did NOT LIKE NOTHING.. CONTINENTAL EVEN STUNK...NOTHING BUT FEW SLICES A BREAD AND SUGARY CEREAL...AND OVERSWEETEND YOGUART...NOT MY PLACE TO EVER STAY OR RECOMMEND

The bed was confortable.
The bed was confortable. The room was so small it didnt have a table or chair. The room was fairly clean.
The hallway carpet was filthy, yet staff with a vaccum walked right by the mess..
The outside security door was broken and anyone could walk right in. I had requested a ground level room, which I did get, but originally the guy was going to put me on the 2nd floor.
Another poor rating for a motel 6.
I only book there because pets stay free.

I went to Eau Claire knowing nothing about the city, but was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of things to do between the parks, breweries, coffee shops and other various locations for shopping. The people were all very friendly and inviting, which greatly added to my experience.

We used to come to Eau Claire often when our son went to the University here; however, we hadn't been back in years. My, how it has changed ... and yet stayed the same! We enjoyed seeing things we used to visit. Our main reason for being here was the Farm Technology Days 2021. Talk about being well-organized!! It was magnificent!! Getting there was so easy, and getting back in Eau Claire was easy, too. We went to a pizza place that we had taken our son and his friends to, and we discovered a very unique place that was in an old filling station. What fun!!!

I have been to Eau Claire many times.
I have been to Eau Claire many times. They have great parks and diverse restaurants. There is plenty of shopping. Both of my sons graduated from UW-Eau Claire and have gone on to careers that they enjoy. I enjoy the disk golf course at Mt. Simon park.
Everything was amazing at the Eau Claire facility! Now the facility in St. Paul, MN, I was very disappointed with. I paid $15 more for a room with a broken bed, no microwave, no refrigerator, no shampoo, no washcloths, and found out my window was wide open without a screen in it! Thank God I was on the 2nd floor!
The Eau Claire establishment had comfort, friendly staff, clean rooms, everything I needed was there! I will definitely try to stay there again!

Nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff. They have vinyl albums you can check out and play on a turntable in your room and a bunch of board games. It was a cold night so it was nice to have something to do, rather than just was TV. The restaurant is good too. Limited menu with COVID but the tatchos were delicious and filling.
This is our second stay at this hotel, and it is well worth driving a few miles off the interstate to stay there. Excellent staff, super clean, the most comfortable of beds, delicious breakfast. We just love this hotel, and arrange our regular Minnesota trip so we can stay here.
My husband misplaced his wallet while spending the night. The next day, when he realized he didn't have his wallet, we went back to the hotel. The proprietor immediately opened the room and helped us search. She found the wallet and we were so thankful.
I would give an average rating for the hotel. We got two queen size beds so we slept on one each. The temperature was good for the summer night. It was away from busy traffic. The location was good. There were supermarkets and liquor stores nearby.

A clean room, and a quiet location. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Portions of the hotel are undergoing renovations/updates but it did not affect our stay. Breakfast was available and had a good selection of options.
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good choices even gluten free cereal and gluten free muffins. This was the only hotel out of the last 8 that we stayed at that had gluten free besides eggs and yogurt available.
Hotel was clean, but did show a lot of wear on things like fixtures and faucets. Staff was friendly. Location for a soccer tournament weekend was perfect. Beds were comfortable.
