Staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean
I didn't like the smell that lingered. Smelled like carpets needs updating and perhaps drapes also needed washing or updating.
I don't like the smell of other guest who stay in hotels and smell like marijuana or cigars.
Some guest have sensitive sinuses and shouldn't be put into rooms that smell like pet danders or marijuana & cigars.
Rooms should be strictly separated from other guest who do travel with pets. Smoke weed and cigars. Also updating is a must. And you will make the guest stay more pleasant.

Hard to find businesses.
Hard to find businesses. Too built up and streets run in weird pattern. Access from interstate was good. No food to room delivery. Ate at McDonald's since that was all we could find. Might be because of COVID that room had no written materials/menus/maps. We felt lost.

Dupont is an excellent location for military families just...
Dupont is an excellent location for military families just moving to the area or those visiting family stationed there. It was ok for the wedding we attended. The traffic in this area is so congested that it makes weekend travel a bother and exploring the area wasn't an option while we were there because the traffic is unpredictable and we had time limitations.
I got the king suite with jacuzzi and the place was amazing, clean and the staff was awesome.. The pool and hot tub was open 24hrs and it was very quiet. Security patrolled the parking lot regularly and the key card worked on the first try everything. (I've had issues using those key cards at other hotels in the past) overall I was impressed with the entire experience and the price was amazing too !
Only complaint was that the window was unlocked and the TV could be bigger and there was decor on the walls.
Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Had a small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine and small eating table. I was on top floor 3rd and extremely quiet. Breakfast was basic fare and included in price. Did not use indoor pool or hot tub but both looked nice and clean. Great location for walking or driving to fast food and regular restaurants. Many choices.
We stay in this hotel often when in town for visiting family or heading to sporting events in Seattle. We love that it's pet friendly as well. Close to freeway access, but not so close that you hear the noise from it. Beds are comfortable and room is perfect size. They supply wall shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well. Not the little bottles most hotels offer.
We wanted to get away for a night to a quiet, comfortable room with a hot tub. The room was large with a sitting area, king bed and a fabulous jetted tub. It was clean and quiet and within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. Dupont is a lovely area to explore - we will be back.
Easy assess to main post of JBLM. Very clean and up to date facility. Staff was extremely helpful both during the day, night, and morning. Parking was easy and so was entry and exit to the hotel. Conveniently located next to a Starbucks as well.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was mostly standard for a chain hotel but did have some nice added items like a bar of toppings for oatmeal and bakery items or egg dishes that varied from day to day.
Very difficult to choose as EVERYTHING was above and beyond our expectations! GORGEOUS lobby, AWESOME food choices at breakfast, loved the exercise room, pool and hot tub! Our room was more spacious than other hotels we’ve used before!
Very nice hotel The bed was comfortable and room very clean. The staff were very nice. A breakfast is available in the morning and it was the BEST. Variety of dish's. Made a breakfast burrito one morning.
The hotel was really clean, some areas were still under construction, it was located really close to food. they have a pool. And I really loved the bathtub Jacuzzi feature in our room when we stayed.
Hotel had large room/suite, full of tables, counter space, super clean, very friendly helpful staff, good breakfast.
My only complaint was the huge volume of emails after my stay. Overdone.
Continental breakfast was so so, but there is a Starbucks next door-room was comfortable but really didnt spend much time at the hotel as we were visiting family.
