Excellent location for local places and particularly for walking along the Causeway. Very clean and light and airy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of breakfast items with staff there refreshing and cleaning the whole area all the time.

Dunedin is a nice, quiet, little town to relax in. Easy, walkable town with plenty of restaurants, bars and microbreweries to visit. Nice Park at the water's edge but not really a beach town. Close to Clearwater Beach by car. Pinella trail runs right thru town for easy biking riding or a run.

I would not recommend Dunedin as a vacation destination.
I would not recommend Dunedin as a vacation destination. Downtown area is very congested and many homeless sprawled out in the street even blocking crossing areas. Local law enforcement does nothing about it. Much better upscale choices on the West coast such as Naples to stay in.

This is one of the best little towns of Florida.
This is one of the best little towns of Florida.
There is plenty to do and if you are in search of good beer there are seven breweries (and counting) in walking distance.
Beaches, baseball, and more.

Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are the main natural attractions. Access to Caladesi is by ferryboat from Honeymoon Island, you can walk it from Clearwater but it's almost four miles. Downtown Dunedin is a charmer! No national chains, lots of unique shops and restaurants. More parking is available off the main streets. We dined at Clear Sky Draught House, liked it so much we went back the next night! Eclectic menu and great happy hour specials. Get there early or be prepared to wait, the locals really love this place.

The first time I visited Dunedin I fell in love with the town. My son and his wife live in Clearwater and would love to live in Dunedin, but housing is expensive (everywhere not just there)
The whole town is walkable and everything is quaint and friendly. A place just to relax and remove yourself from the hectic-ness of life.
Dunedin makes you feel good.

Down town is a very walkable area with lots of local shops, restaurants and bars. No chain stores here, just great local flair. Has the “old Florida “ feel. Accessible by car and boat. Plenty to do nearby via short drive or ferry trip. Some of the nicest beaches in the state are just across the bay.
Don’t miss Crown and Bull or Bon Appetite restaurants.
This is an old house whose interior has has been redesigned and re-engineered with great care and taste, using top notch materials and decorated beautifully. The premises were immaculate and it was furnished with very tasteful furniture. The amenities for clients and the material used for coffee and snacks was also of a very high quality. The common area was very appealing and warm and the pool was in excellent shape. Too bad we did not meet the owner (s). It is definitely a place we will be happy to stay in if we return to Dunedin.
We enjoyed our stay very much, the Regency room was immaculate, very comfortable, also a great pool and gardens. The kitchen includes everything you need including a Keurig and ample coffee, small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, sink, microwave and dishes, pans and utensils. The detail to make your stay comfortable was above expectations.
And of course the location was wonderful walking distance to Dunedin restaurants, shops and park made it the perfect place to be.
We really enjoyed our stay at Beyond the Wall Bed and Breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. We liked the hearty, cooked to order breakfast and our host was friendly and helpful. We appreciated having counter space in the bathroom for our personal items. The location is very convenient for riding bikes on the Pinellas trail, getting into downtown Dunedin, and the beach. We also liked using the hot tub in the evening...quiet and private.
The location was amazing and within walking distance to the new pier, a very cute downtown and a short drive to beautiful beaches. The hotel is literally on the marina water so the view from the backside of the hotel is really cool. The front staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent and I appreciate we could fill our waters up.
The house suited our needs perfectly. Everything was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. One issue that arose was handled promptly and professionally by Kristen. While the location required a bit of a walk to our daily activity, it was good to be near the downtown area with its choice of great restaurants.
Very unique hotel with a lot of old tradition that was brought modern. Very nice room though no balcony. The bed and bath were very good. The downstairs bar area with music was very nice. The Pool was terrific. Easy walk to downtown Dunedin and all the bars/restaurants.
The hotel was very nice and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, we were able to make our own waffles. They had oatmeal, eggs, sausages, fountain drinks, cereal. It was your basic continental breakfast, the area was very clean. I like that they had a pool and it was heated.
Unique property with great attention to detail. Very attentive staff who gave a personal and friendly service.
Individually themed self catering rooms with shared porch.
Located within walking distance of downtown Dunedin and on Trolleybus route.
We stayed in the Mardi Gras room, and it was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The common area was inviting and everything was well thought out. The location was walking distance to town, and we were very happy with our stay.
The day time Valet person, who worked on Wed and Thursday was very positive and helpful with our bikes and luggage.
Our checkin was very positive and he was very informative on what was going on in the hotel for Cinco De Mayo.
The house was emaculate! The bedrooms were very nice and the living room was so spacious. The location was convenient to great local restaurants and unique shops. If I come back to Dunedin I will book this place again.
Location was great - on the marina for great sunsets, and close to the centre of Dunedin for dining and shopping. Breakfast in the morning was 'okay'. Coffee was good, and the pool was wonderful! Lots of parking, too.
Staff was so friendly and welcoming, room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located to area attractions. Safety was never a concern. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed the stay here. The hotel staff were amazing, very hospitable. We were there for two nights and would like to come back again. The breakfast was good!
