The room was spacious and clean. I had two queen beds in the room. Everything worked as it should, whether it was the air conditioning, shower or tv. My room over looked the front entrance which gave me a nice view.

I liked that as soon as I walked in the gentle man at the front desk put a smile on my face as soon as I walked in. Very curious all the way down to the ladies at the front desk being loyal and motivating with great advice!
Very questionable people renting rooms. Next to highway and food though. Be careful where you stay in that area. I would recommend Fredericksburg or Woodbridge pool hasn't been open in years. We frequently drive from NC to VA

This place seemed to be filled with long-term renters! Construction workers and others. The hallways are really dirty. People living here put food trash and bags of diapers outside room door, but no staff to clean up! I asked if they would remove the trash from our hall =way and was told that "tenants" knew there was a large trash can to use in the stairwell at end of hall. Gross place. Creepy location with homeless loitering in parking lot.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean! We were only there for one night as we traveled north for the holidays but it was a great room and the bed was very comfortable - we slept through the night! Thank you! I can not speak to the area as we arrived late in the day and left early in the morning. I would definitely stay there again, especially after our experience on the way home in a different hotel that I will not name here.

I would give this hotel a 5 star! Exceptional services , comfortable and clean room. Staff very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. If we are visiting this area again this hotel would be our only choice.

I am honestly really disappointed.
I am honestly really disappointed. I paid for a room for one night and when I arrived all the power was out. Everyone was out of the hotel when I arrived so I requested a refund. They never issued me a refund and I never even heard anything back.

Well the people where really nice and the city was very...
Well the people where really nice and the city was very clean .but the traffic lights took for ever and the traffic at times was awful. But any of the great restaurant was good we didnt eat at a bad place finding places was easy
The property is very well maintained. It appeared new. Exceptionally clean. Staff professional and friendly. Linens crisp and fresh. Pillows and beds very comfortable. All furniture in like new condition. Water pressure good. Dove toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet delicious. Keurig coffee pots in rooms with Eight o'clock coffee pods. Great, safe location, with shopping and restaurants walkable. Quiet for sleeping. Chick Fil A and IHOP are right there! We travel a lot, and we agreed this hotel is what every hotel should be.

called down for towels and wash clothes and was told i
couldnt get it till 10am when check out was at 11am. normally i sleep in at hotels
but there was a couple yelling fuck your at each other from 6am to 8:30am

of said something to them about the noise
The room was dirty, the floors were dirty; the only thing that was clean was the bed itself. Staff was almost non-existent in the building and there were no conveniences at all. Definitely will not be staying there ever again. There was really nothing that I liked. ice build up in the parking lot and sidewalks except for right in the front door area other than that slip and slide.
After a long drive up from Charleston, it was a MUST that we have comfortable beds. These beds were perfect! Also had pet in room, and property was very accomodating. Extremely close to highway for a quick night in between drives. IHOP very close for breakfast was good. Were hungry upon arrival, and there were a few places in general area that were still open.
I stay in this hotel whenever I come up in the area for work. It is up to the best standards of the Hampton Inn with clean, quiet rooms and a quiet efficient heating and air conditioning system. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and the breakfast is fine and serves at six which is important for me since I have to leave early.
I arrived late and was greeted by a very pleasant woman at the front desk. Although I was late arriving to the hotel the woman at the front desk was very cheerful and upbeat. She greeted me kindly and inquired about my travels.
The staff was great from arrival to the next day, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The location was perfect for our needs. We ended up only needing 1 room as our grandkids met us in the morning. The hotel staff checked us in early when we arrived and gave us a room on the back of the building - the green space side as requested. We will continue to book with Holiday Inn for future trips.
