Great room, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. Great value for money.

Overall a very positive one night stay. We would probably stay again if the motel had an elevator for second level guests and the continental breakfast had more variety. Based on what we paid we should have gotten a little more. We rated our stay an 8/10.

The fast food places are awful!
The fast food places are awful! No service, wrong orders, took forever to get food and EVERYTHING closes early. The only good places to eat were Nanna's Kitchen, 287 Roadhouse, and El Tapatio. They even close early, but at least it's great food.

Second time we have stayed at this facility. Both times were last minute reservations due to family health and emergencies. And they were able to provide rooms. Clean spacious rooms, pet friendly, friendly staff.

Nice little town, friendly people. Dinner at Hoggs BBQ was a good choice. Owner came out a visited with patrons. Staff at the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful. Visits about 5 or 6 businesses and it was the same everywhere, very positive.

My husband and I went to El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant. The service was amazing. The waitress we had was patient and well educated for what the restaurant was serving. People were nice, just a lot of staring because of the color of our skin. That whole area is populated with Hispanics. Fine by me though because that food was "bangin'".

Dumas is a small town and it sums up everything about small town Texas. There’s a diverse group people and a variety of different shops and sights that show you the culture that’s there. Many different Mexican restaurants and stores and it’s fun to try and taste new things. You he people are nice and the whole town just seems to go at a slower pace than the rest of the world.
We were greeted by Dinise. She was such a ray of sunshine! After being on the road all day traveling with our German Shepard, we were exhausted. Dinise made our long day of travel go away just by her smile and great spirit. And she told us about an amazing Mexican food restaurant near the Inn. If you like Mexican food you must try The Plaza Restaurant The room was pleasant and clean, and doggie approved. Breakfast is great. The staff throughout the Inn were all delightful. We will be back when traveling through Dumas!
The Manager/front desk person Amanda I believe her name was, was one of the most kindest and helpful people I have ever met during any of my hotel stays ever. She def needs a raise. We stayed there for 3 nights and she was absolutely amazing and helpful anything we needed she was there to help. I have also never seen a hotel or hotel lobby as clean and neatly organized as this one. She was always on the move and doing something to help someone.

Super nice manager on duty the day we checked in. She was very efficient and pleasant to work with. Location was great and easy to find. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay with a few choices. Facility was clean with lobby and breakfast areas pleasant.
The room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. Pillows were great, and the room, #215, was quiet, even though the hotel was almost full. The breakfast was much better than other similar brands.
This place was great. They offered a nice selection of cold breakfast items toward the end of COVID even though many hotels are not doing anything. The room was clean and comfortable.
Midway from DFW to DEN area. Excellent location on south side of Dumas. Clean, pet-friendly, and courteous staff. Been coming here for years. Not fancy, but a great stopover location.
