The hotel was very nice. Enjoyed sitting on patio overlooking the Court yard. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was awesome. The fitness room had actual free weights and a couple different aerobic options. My room was super clean and everything was in good shape. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

The bed was comfortable. When I asked to meet with the current manager face-to-face she was professional, very displeased with how I was treated by staff and how they handled bigtime issues such as mold-hazard of storm water seeping into the room at the foundation and the pool being off-limits until next summer because of a broken pump. What was advertized was not what the reality was. Kitchen utensils were missing...blamed on past residents, but never replaced. Current staff was unfriendly and , played "dumb" to most questions or complaints. Current staff was difficult to reach at the front desk. Check-in time of 3pm on my confirmation sheet was not honored. This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever! Until this site gets a complete make-over and change of current staff, I would absolutely not recommend it. If I would rate it, I would give it a sub-zero!

I was impressed with how friendly the staff and facility manager were. The hotel was perfect for me. My room was clean and the breakfast that was served was very good. In addition, restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Many of the major shopping centers were a short drive from the hotel and easy to get to. I will book this hotel again when I visit.

Dublin is affluent and safe. It has many attractions all within a close drive. Some of the restaurants are a little pricey and trendy, but there is no shortage of ones to choose from. This was a good, centralized location for visiting family and friends in the area.

This was an annual get away for shopping with friends. Love the Outlet mall - lots of good deals to be had. Easton Town Center offered lots of shopping options, some budget friendly. Sunnyside Cafe for Breakfast was delish! Dublin Village Pub was a great dinner stop.

Dublin was a surprise!
Dublin was a surprise! We loved staying in a hotel right in the heart of this growing area. It was walkable to dinner and a bit exploring. Our kids fell in love with the bridge which lead us to explore the city more then we planned to and expected. The people are kind and the drivers are wonderful with all of the walkers crossing the street. Such a walking friendly area!
1) Disability room (specifically the bathroom, including raised toilet seat) exceeded my expectations & is the best of any hotel where I've ever stayed since needing this kind of accommodation several years ago.
2) Hotel employees (from every department) on each shift were friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable & extremely sensitive to & accommodating of me & all guests that I witnessed during my stay, including during their busiest times.
The entire hotel was very nice, our room had plenty of space to relax. We chose a King room with a walk in shower, and it was a nice size and we loved how it was set up. The room we chose also had a "living room" space with a pull out couch and coffee table that were a great bonus. I would 10/10 recommend The Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, OH to anybody looking for a night away or an extended time away from home.
My family and I had the best stay, the staff was awesome so friendly. The breakfast was an actual breakfast and it was great as well. I would stay again easily and will be considering staying at a Hyatt hotel in our next travels.
It was clean but no one got our trash or left us towels for day 2. We had to go and ask for towels and seemed to inconvenience the hotel clerk. No one had gotten the trash in hotel lobby and they seemed to be full everywhere.
The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Location was great, it was close to shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel had a very nice common sitting area that we definitely utilized for our family Christmas games.
We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel. The staff was great and the food delicious.
The location is also great. Dublin is easy to get around and close to Columbus.
We also enjoyed the pool.
The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was better than the one I had a Marriott hotel at JFK airport.

The breakfast was outstanding! The hotel personnel were very nice and helpful! The location of the breakfast nook was just right! All in all this hotel was amazing!
