The staff was amazing. Arron and Megan were helpful.
The breakfast was awesome. The fitness room had actual free weights and a couple different aerobic options. My room was super clean and everything was in good shape. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

The bed was comfortable. When I asked to meet with the current manager face-to-face she was professional, very displeased with how I was treated by staff and how they handled bigtime issues such as mold-hazard of storm water seeping into the room at the foundation and the pool being off-limits until next summer because of a broken pump. What was advertized was not what the reality was. Kitchen utensils were missing...blamed on past residents, but never replaced. Current staff was unfriendly and , played "dumb" to most questions or complaints. Current staff was difficult to reach at the front desk. Check-in time of 3pm on my confirmation sheet was not honored. This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever! Until this site gets a complete make-over and change of current staff, I would absolutely not recommend it. If I would rate it, I would give it a sub-zero!

I was impressed with how friendly the staff and facility manager were. The hotel was perfect for me. My room was clean and the breakfast that was served was very good. In addition, restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Many of the major shopping centers were a short drive from the hotel and easy to get to. I will book this hotel again when I visit.

Dublin is affluent and safe. It has many attractions all within a close drive. Some of the restaurants are a little pricey and trendy, but there is no shortage of ones to choose from. This was a good, centralized location for visiting family and friends in the area.

This was an annual get away for shopping with friends. Love the Outlet mall - lots of good deals to be had. Easton Town Center offered lots of shopping options, some budget friendly. Sunnyside Cafe for Breakfast was delish! Dublin Village Pub was a great dinner stop.

Dublin was a surprise!
Dublin was a surprise! We loved staying in a hotel right in the heart of this growing area. It was walkable to dinner and a bit exploring. Our kids fell in love with the bridge which lead us to explore the city more then we planned to and expected. The people are kind and the drivers are wonderful with all of the walkers crossing the street. Such a walking friendly area!
Our main reason for choosing the hotel was that it had a charge point, the bonus being that it was complimentary. We were lucky that it was available when we arrived. The hotel was also very clean, the room was spacious and a good temperature (without having a noisy A/C), and the breakfast was good. I was happy to see a bin for recycling in the room.
The hotel is great. Clean and comfortable like a proper hotel should be! It’s near a lot of restaurants and pubs so finding something to do is easy as check in was! Staff was totally awesome and the coffee was still fresh at 10 when I needed it! Seriously you can’t beat this for the price.
It was clean but no one got our trash or left us towels for day 2. We had to go and ask for towels and seemed to inconvenience the hotel clerk. No one had gotten the trash in hotel lobby and they seemed to be full everywhere.

A good supply of fresh towels and bed linen throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and keen to help and the hotel in general was kept extremely clean.
