I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express hotel and suites. The hotel was very clean and hot breakfast was delicious with a lot to choose from. The staff was accommodating and polite. The location was in a good location and easy for me to get where I needed to go.

The on-site restaurants were fairly priced and the food was excellent. The Prime Steakhouse was excellent.

I'm not visiting Dover as a traveler or vacationer. I am here because I had a house fire and I needed someplace to stay while my house was cleaned. If I were going to move, Dover is one of the places I would consider moving to.

Staff was very good.
Staff was very good. Accommodations were adequate but because of Covid regulations we did not have sheets or towels changed the second night. Housekeeping delivered fresh towels upon our request. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. TV was good. Steak restaurant and Italian restaurant were very good. Staff was pleasant also. Couldn't get on gambling machines until 8:00 a.m. each day. Machine servers were hard to find until after noon. Had to pay for coffee before 8:30 a.m. Not all the cafes were open.

Dover is beautiful and we will definitely return. It is easy to get around by car and it is very safe and quiet. If you want excitement, you can always travel to one of the other towns. It is also very near to lots of beaches.

Nice facility fairly decent location amenities were as expected,, the only thing that concerns me is I use the booking app to book my room they showed and quoted me a price when I checked out I noticed that the bill was $12 more than what was quoted not that $12 matters but it's the principle I don't see why and how they can say that it's $12 more than what it was quoted

The room had everything we could have needed and was well maintained the beds were so comfortable and the sheets clean and soft. Everything in the bathroom worked and was well maintained. There were enough outlets for charging our phones and plugging in the kids things for the night. The breakfast was yucka but they did try with brown bags and drinks. People were nice enough and there was a pool but TINY. Again well maintained. The whole place was kept well just off the highway just enough for a stop
I loved the privacy you have with this room. It is in a excellent location, close to the Dover Mall, close to the grocery store, Ballys Casino, Dover Speedway and so much more. By the way the host were exceptionally gracious. I highly recommend this property for the peace, quietness and safety. I will be using this property again and again, and will recommend it to all my friends and family.
The location seemed to be convenient to shops and restaurants. Not being familiar with the Dover area, my stepdaughter, whom we were visiting, was able to find the Dover Gardens easily. The room(s) were spotless and the hosts were very welcoming. I would certainly stay again.
We needed a stop for the night - the price was right and we had the chance to walk around the casino after being in the car all day. There were lots for quick and easy restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast the next morning before continue our trip.
There were no breakfast service. The location was great. My room had an odor. Need painting especially the cieling, door, door jam. Too many homeless folks staying at the location. Didnt feel safe since people off the street were hanging out there
The room was away from Dupont Hwy so the noise was low. Have had rooms there that are on highway side. To noisy. Room was clean and the staff friendly. Coffee only in the morning and it was good. I had a good stay.
Reasonable price for today's market, access to various restaurants close by. Rooms were clean with amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
