I like everything from the beginning to the end of the stay. House was clean and organized, as well as the pool. The staying was exceptional, comfortable, and convenient. Communication with hosts was excellent and helpful at all times.

Had a bed and bathroom. Old run down motel. Not the best of areas. The price at $198 was three times what it was worth.

The hotel is unlike any I have ever stayed in, the breakfast consists of sugary cereal, stale bread for toasting, watered down Orange juice that is like yellow coloured water, and instant coffee, the rooms are very old, dated and dirty, the sinks and bathroom was mouldy, there was ill fitting curtains, which did not look like they had ever been changed, the linen on the beds had burn holes in and the towels were stained. After 24 hours I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled and when I queried this was told this was an admin error, 2 hours later 2 males entered my room with a key that they had been given by reception, so they then updated my room on their system so that this could not happen again, the management were not apologetic at all as they had already received my money.
The only places to eat locally are a McDonald's and a waffle house, no good if you counting calories, there is no public transport so you would definitely need a car if you find yourself unlucky enough to be stuck here.
The rental was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable and they had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool was very clean and refreshing on those hot Florida days. The property manager was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I can’t wait to head back. BTW they have made some updates to the pool area and it looks amazing. I really can’t say enough about this property.
We booked this stay 2 hours before arriving and the front desk worker Jeff argued with us saying “we don’t have your reservation because you used a 3rd party site. Pay me and I’ll give you a room.” He tried charging us triple the amount. So I think he tried to scam us to make more money but we ended up calling booking.com and they relocated us to a different hotel.
Just love the space and the accommodation they offer. Even more then a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Not too far from highway park right there to walk too only thing that could make this perfect is if the pool was finished n ready to swim in. Because the day I wanted to go to beach the temperature dropped significantly from the day before.
I liked the location. I loved how spacious the house was. The pool was very nice. The Deltona home felt like a home away from home. The beds felt so comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed. The porch near the pool was so nice! The couches were comfortable and a nice place to sit outside during the day. The wifi was great.
We had a wonderful experience on our 5 night stay.
Susan's place was absolutely beautiful!
