The room was very spacious and clean, same with the bathroom and the whole place smelled clean too. I like the layout of the room with the bed tucked in the corner for privacy. I liked the breakfast options that they provide everyday, very hearty enough to carry you past lunchtime. And the staff were all nice and polite.

Coming by car to Boston, this was the best option to leave the car in a parking lot and have accommodation close to a train station that would commute to the very center of the city. Also, close to a full-option shopping center.

Great place to stay and relax or work.
Great place to stay and relax or work. Close to all restaurants and outdoor mall for delivery or takeout. Residence Inn in Dedham has nice and clean rooms kitchen ware and full size fridge to store leftovers. Full size microwave to heat up leftovers. Spacious bathroom and living area. Clean and modern hotel. Ordered sushi from Genkiya at Legacy place and Chinese food from Bamboo by the Holiday Inn across the highway. Speedy delivery since the Residence Inn is so close to Legacy place. Even a whole foods in walking distance to get groceries.
Breakfast was acceptable.
What made it noteworthy was the extremely attentive and friendly staff person assigned to the area.
The area was clean and not too crowded.
The food was as expected for a complimentary offering.
Reception staff and housekeeping staff were likewise helpful and friendly.
The property is a nice hotel I had a comfortable stay except , for I booked breakfast, for both days which the hotel doesn’t do breakfast ,except for fruit and juice in a bag, on the go , I received the on the go bag the first morning, but not the second morning
The room smelt musty. There were 2-3 mouse droppings stuck to the bath mat. The continental breakfast was pretty lackluster (I've found this to be the case at most hotels post-covid). We requested extra towels, but they were never delivered to our room.

Staff on reception were fantastic, mentioned we were on honeymoon and we were given free prossecco which was very kind.
Breakfast was great, so many choices and also a fresh waffle maker, something we never have in the UK!
Comfy bed and pillows, access to Netflix/Amazon Prime on TV, having a kitchen and fridge, spaciousness, having a nice desk area to work, quiet room, nice and warm. It was a comfortable stay overall.
Breakfast was good. Tv was Bigger than most other hotels I've been too and everything looked very nice modern and clean. The bamboo restaurant next door was also great would stay again
It was very comfortable and the staff were very sweet. It was also near a plaza and the Dedham corporate center in case anyone wanted to go into Boston.
