The location was great. The property itself was perfect for us! We loved the dock the most! Being able to fish right from the backyard was way more than we could’ve asked for! The yard was perfect for our little dog!

The room overlooking the garden was very spacious and clean. although there were no elevators on that side of the hotel, so not suitable if you have a knee problem. The property was well kept for the most part. Definitely value for money. The tall dark-skinned bellman was very courteous as were all the other staff members, especially in the dining room. Food was in abundance with a wide variety to choose from. Cassandra at the tour desk was very friendly and helpful, likewise the front desk staff.
LOVED The pleasant attitude of front desk staff, the shuttle bus driver, and the lady that worked the breakfast area. Love the breakfast (pancakes and cinnamon rolls), and the coffee was exceptional! I have stayed at Hilton Hotels (Doubletree, and Homewood suites in New Hampshire and Los Angeles- and the coffee in breakfast area was not desirable. The coffee at Holiday Inn Express was A+. Moreover, the pillows were the best pillows I ever used. How did they find such comfortable pillows!!!
The service was exceptional from all staff, house keeping, front desk, transportation and kitchen. Rooms were clean and the hot breakfast was great. The variety and selection of the items for bfast were really good too. The cinnamon rolls are awesome.!

The breakfast surpassed all hotel buffet breakfasts. The variety and quality were excellent, and were only exceeded by the cheerful attentiveness of Nasima who greeted everyone who entered with "Good morning, welcome to breakfast!" She kept the dishes and pitchers full, and the tables clean.
I got a confirmation number through booking.com to stay at this property and when I arrived the property told me they had no rooms so I had to find a different hotel. And am still being charged a cancellation fee. For somewhere I didn’t stay because they booked me when they had no rooms .
Given the over the top hotel prices in the Ft Lauderdale area, we enjoyed the overall good value. The staff is really helpful and friendly. We had a small problem with our TV and the service guy fixed it in record time. Parking is free and close to the room.
We booked this hotel solely because we wanted to visit the Hard Rock Casino, it is the closest decent accommodation to the HR and the price reflects this. They run a free shuttle to the HR.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The staybridge in Miami was not clean like this one. Breakfast buffet was okay. It's a short uber to the Hard Roak Cafe.
I wish the hotel was at least $30 cheaper it's rediculous. The staff are always disrespectful they don't give you any good deals anymore we didn't receive any new towels no nothing
I like staying at this hotel. Always clean, good service, great breakfast. I especially thank the girl from the front desk Shessy, always smiling and knows the guests by sight.
I liked that it was not a hotel environment, the kitchen had basics to cook with and to prepare food with. The patio was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean
we didn’t get to stay, but only found out once we were waiting at the Appartment entrance for over two hours until we decided to go to the closest hotel
