This hotel was located in a great spot that put me at a close distance to family and friends.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room/villa was amazing! I must've not seen all the pics online - this was equipped with a kitchen and utensils, etc. I enjoyed the pool - huge pool! Ample parking.
The accommodations were just super! I have raved about this hotel to others!

Everything you need is just right outside the gates of the resort. The pool area was great. The manager was fast responding. I felt safe. It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks but an easy drive.
The property had all we needed. Although initially there was no electric kettle, a call to the management company resulted in one being delivered within the hour.
We were all very happy with all the facilities provided within the property.

Very good location.
Very good location. We thought we booked a 4 bdrm home w/ pool, but it was a 5 bdrmn home that was wonderful. Very comfy beds and furniture. Centrally located in Florida so we could easily drive to the gulf or coast. Much shopping in this area and plenty of restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Would highly recommend this vacation property. Very spacious, air con, really nice master suite with huge bathroom. Lovely pool and very well maintained. The property is in a gated community and is conveniently located close to the theme parks.

We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center...
We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center in 2005 and the area has certainly boomed since then, a very busy area now around Champions Gate but what I like is that there are many new roads and access to and from other areas is greatly improved, you can get around now without using the I4 motorway

Close to everything and quiet too. Davenport has many restaurants, shopping choices, grocery stores and antiquing. It's also 15-20 minutes to Disney World and Universal, Sea World and Legoland are not much farther.
Oasis in the Sun was perfect for us as a large group! Our kids loved the pool and games room. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Championsgate is a beautiful area with a great clubhouse and facilities. The owner Karl was very attentive and prompt in replying to any queries we had.
Amazing villa on a lovely complex! Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean with everything you could possibly need. We all loved the gameroom and the pool area. The owner (David) was very friendly and responsive and provided a lot of useful information. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again!
They canceled last minute and offered no alternative lodging. They did not reimburse me for extra money spent on last minute hotel, which was expensive and inconvenient to our plans. It has been three weeks and they have not refunded my money. It seems like it might be a scam.
The pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful big family vacation home with everything catered for you stay , inside has everything big TVs games consoles for kids great bedrooms big family areas , outside on the pool area needs updating but still plenty of room and great pool !
The Front Desk Susan was great and professional. The hotel is beautifully designed INSIDE & THE OUTSIDE PATIO!!! Rooms was comfortable and had everything you needed inside of rooms. GREAT LOCATION FOR FOOD & BEST OF ALL CLOSE TO MY DAUGHTER & GRANDKIDS!!!
Elena and Paul are great hosts. It was a pleasure to stay. The house is great, well equiped, in Line with photos and expectations. I do recommand and would probably stay there again if I was to stay in the area.

The location was good close to Orlando and surrounding area. Property clean, staff great! Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Rooms key worked. Hotel has adjacent truck parking.
Coming from the south end of state road 27 you must make a U turn to get to the hotel .Prehaps the DOT can improve that . I don't hold that about the hotel as a negative.
Cheap and was relatively clean! Needed something for a few days before we checked into our AirBnB. This served its purpose! Would stay again if we do this vacation again.
The hotel was so close to
food and convenience store right across the street so I didn't have to drive or take any Ubers and the staff was very friendly.
