This hotel was located in a great spot that put me at a close distance to family and friends.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room/villa was amazing! I must've not seen all the pics online - this was equipped with a kitchen and utensils, etc. I enjoyed the pool - huge pool! Ample parking.
The accommodations were just super! I have raved about this hotel to others!

Everything you need is just right outside the gates of the resort. The pool area was great. The manager was fast responding. I felt safe. It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks but an easy drive.
The property had all we needed. Although initially there was no electric kettle, a call to the management company resulted in one being delivered within the hour.
We were all very happy with all the facilities provided within the property.

Very good location.
Very good location. We thought we booked a 4 bdrm home w/ pool, but it was a 5 bdrmn home that was wonderful. Very comfy beds and furniture. Centrally located in Florida so we could easily drive to the gulf or coast. Much shopping in this area and plenty of restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Would highly recommend this vacation property. Very spacious, air con, really nice master suite with huge bathroom. Lovely pool and very well maintained. The property is in a gated community and is conveniently located close to the theme parks.

We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center...
We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center in 2005 and the area has certainly boomed since then, a very busy area now around Champions Gate but what I like is that there are many new roads and access to and from other areas is greatly improved, you can get around now without using the I4 motorway

Close to everything and quiet too. Davenport has many restaurants, shopping choices, grocery stores and antiquing. It's also 15-20 minutes to Disney World and Universal, Sea World and Legoland are not much farther.
House is spacious, clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable beds. Free wifi. Nice pool. Games room in garage, and gaming area upstairs is a nice bonus for the kids. Resort amenities include lazy river, water slide, pool, hot tub, tennis etc). Owner very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
Quiet neighbourhood, close enough to Disney, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

I am so Happy I got the opportunity to be able to rent this lovely house and spend magical days here. I strongly recommend it with my whole heart. Close to Disney World. I will absolutley come back.

The room had a full size refrigerator, microwave and range top. The bed was big and comfy, nice TV, plenty of space in the room and there was a desk. Shower and bathroom were good size. Room and hotel in general was very clean. Front desk staff was very polite and professional. Location is decent. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of parking.
Everything about this location was tops. I never stayed in a hotel in this area, but it was an excellent choice and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this hotel and definitely will stay again. The breakfast had several selections, hot and tasty and fresh.
They canceled last minute and offered no alternative lodging. They did not reimburse me for extra money spent on last minute hotel, which was expensive and inconvenient to our plans. It has been three weeks and they have not refunded my money. It seems like it might be a scam.
Terrible. They never told us at check in that no breakfast was being given because they were having new carpet installed. It was very noisy and they told us it was a contractors hotel. They gave us bars for breakfast until we complained and then they reduced our rate.
The location was wonderful, only .5 of a mile from the four corners area and all the restaurants and shops there. The property was easy to find and the complex was well maintained. My bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels.

Nice house and well equipped and comfortable. Area was nice. Room sizes and facilities were very good. Felt like a normal family home and feels very welcoming. The negative points are minor and easy to fix but I need to mention them
The staff was so friendly, last time we came to Davenport we had a different hotel and that wasn't the case so I'm glad it was here. The room wasn't fancy but it was clean! We had a first floor room which is nice.
THE ROOM WAS REALLY DIRTY WITH BLOOD IN THE SHEETS, EVERYTHING SMELLS BAD ALSO, I GOT A TERRIBLE ALERGY IN MY SKIN WHICH SHOULD BE A " BED BUG ", THIS IS THE WORST DAYS INN I STAY IN US, DO NOT RECOMMEND, TERRIBLE
Nothing. However Staff great and did the best they could. Obvious they knew hotel’s shortcomings and did not query our reasons for leaving after one night but rather agreed with us. What else could they do?
