The hotel is just a few minutes drive from the airport. The room was spotlessly clean; however it was not cleaned by the staff. I don't know if this was by oversight or if it is hotel policy. If I had stayed more than 3 nights, I would have checked at the front desk. As other guests have mentioned, there are no restaurants or stores within a short walking distance. But there are plenty within a longer walking distance or a short drive.

Nice staff that was quick to fix an issue with my tv
Dania Beach is close to the cruise ship terminal. That’s the only reason I’ve ever needed for going there, and the only thing I find appealing about it. It’s a city within greater Ft Lauderdale which seems to have a disproportionately large number of idle homeless, vagrants and obvious drug users ambling about, and they will all make use of every opportunity to ask you for money wherever they are within 50 feet of you. And if they’re farther away than 50 feet, they’re probably breaking into your car. There are some nice spots, supposedly, but my hotel wasn’t near those.

Front desk was great.
Front desk was great. Persons at the breakfast area cannot speak English. Juice was out and not refilled. First floor entrance was void if anyone or direction as to where check on was. Faucet on sink was loose and ready to fall off. The breakfast itself was garbage and the area around thd hotel was poor.

Hotel was fine for what we needed it for the night before our cruise. The gal at the front desk was fabulous! Loved her sense of humor. She was extremely accommodating. Overall, nothing plush, but a good, clean, comfortable hotel.

I prepaid for 7 night through booking . Com . The money came off my account since June 21 st 2023 and when I returned to my country saw that the spring hill suite by Marriot deducted again a 7 night stay . I paid 2 times for my stay . I contacted the hotel about an hour ago but the front desk said to call the manager tomorrow . I’m very frustrated at the moment . This experience have me wishing I hadn’t done any vacation !!!!

Off the beach but situated in the middle of a great shopping area where one can get lost. It's got events, great dining, and it's centrally located. You can do the Hard Rock or the Beach, or BOTH IN THE SAME DAY! Golf, horse racing, and casinos are just a few of the features you can enjoy in Dania Beach.
How can we report this place.
Dirty rooms. Under the nightstand was dirty socks and dirt.
The bed had blood on the box spring mattress.
They advertise airport shuttle but there’s no shuttle running. Yet, the shuttle bus is parked right in front of the hotel. False advertising.
No soap in the shower.
they gave us a good discount card that was expired
The only thing good about this hotel is the location.
Room was dirty, staff was unprofessional, and I would 100% encourage you to stay there.
Training on every end should happen.
Especially during a pandemic to enter a room that was dirty was disgusting.
It being associated with Marriott I would have expected better…. This is more like a motel 6.
We needed a location close to the Cruise Port and this worked well as it was approx. 10 minutes away. The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a bonus. Having a pool and lounge chairs around it was also a plus. The hotel was modern and very clean. They let us extend our stay an hour based on the shuttle time we had for the cruise.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, shuttle service was good for us after arrival at airport & to the hotel. Was the best hotel price in the area. Location was good with fast food within walking distance. Felt safe. Third party bus transportation to the cruise ship was on time & affordable. Nice selection for free continental breakfast.

Everything was great and the convenience of being able to go between both the AC Hotel and the Marriott made it easy to grab a late night meal after driving up from Key West to fly out the next day! Also, very close to the Ft. Lauderdale Airport! :)
We liked the private entrance and security. Keypad for building access & key for room access once inside. Security cameras on the exterior of the property, we felt really safe. The room was clean. cleaner than a lot of hotels we've stayed in.
I did cancel on the same day because was not parking included. Manager did not make a good approach to me. On website said parking was included. But was not a true. Decide to get another hotel, that included shuttle and parking.
Booking . Com should not have directed guests to this Hotel. They were turning customers away because they were doing work on the building in the morning.
I am considering stopping using. Booking.com
The breakfast was fine. The view from the room was excellent. The location of the hotel was interesting. It seemed to be entirely surrounded by antique shops. The nearby restaurant was also fine.
The best part about this hotel was the little cafe on the main level. We decided to have our dinner there, and the server was extremely nice, plus the food was excellent and was a nice-sized portion.
The owner was very friendly and very helpful!!! They offer trailer parking which is very rare !!!! Large apartment for a very cheap rate I will be going back again highly recommend it
