We really liked the facilities all around. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. The pool was clean, and water temp was good. (Pictures of hotel show a hot tub, but it has apparently been removed.) The room and bathroom were clean with plenty of space. The bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels were nice and fluffy, unlike so many hotel towels that are paper thin. We had easy check-in. We did have a decent breakfast, and their options included bacon, sausage, egg&chz omelets, bagels, cereals and waffles. Coffee was always available, and it was good coffee.

Clean and comfortable, nice fitness center. The underground parking garage was great on a snowy evening. Breakfast was good with a comfortable seating area.

I liked the rooms, and all the property. I liked the staff in general but the guy from the front desk was very friendly and he had an awesome customer service skills . I don't remember his name but is a young gentleman that worked 12/30/2023 at night :)

Breakfast was good and the location was good. The place is a little older, but the place was clean! Staff was accommodating.
