Location was great! We were super close to dollar stores and restaurants.
The Comfort Inn hotel is ideally located off Highway 78, just five miles from Memphis, 10 miles from the Memphis International Airport and 23 miles from the Tunica casinos.

Would not recommend. They canceled our rooms before we even got there and gave them to someone else.
Beds were comfortable, but no housekeeping service at all during a 3-night stay. This was not communicated to me in advance or at the time of arrival. Surprising and disappointing, compared to pre-pandemic standards. Food was breakfast only, quality was marginal at best. And the price was quite expensive for the level of service and amenities offered, averaging over $250 per night including taxes and fees. This was 2 star service for a 4 star price.
The property was conveniently located to many useful businesses, restaurants and gas stations. The hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff was excellent!
I loved that the property was conveniently located across the street from the collierville mall! The staff were awesome!!! I’ve never had a great experience such as this one!
Staff was great; lemon water and coffee bar by check in was a plus; two water bottles at check in was nice; the pool area was nice with very nice furniture.
