The breakfast was ok. I'm not a big breakfast eater but I would have preferred to have bacon over sausage. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in room amenities (soap; lotion, etc.) Were of good quality.

Front desk folks were great an very helpful. Room was cleaned well.
We liked the facility. Also happy with the availability of washer & dryer. This is a very busy intersection off I-75 so finding sites could be a challenge due to abundance of traffic. We did eat at Cracker Barrel which was at the next exit from I-75. We spent most of our free time with family.

Cleveland is a beautiful town that has grown pretty crowded but still has mountain charm and natural beauty. There are many things to see and do I would have stayed longer if I did not have to flea from roaches at the hotel in the middle of the night.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED...
ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE YOUNG BOY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS HORRIBLE. HE TREATED US SO POORLY. WE ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL THE LAW UP THERE. I BELIEVE HE WAS PROBABLY HIGH ON DRUGS IF I HAD TO STAY. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE

Cleveland is a busy growing city.
Cleveland is a busy growing city. Way too much traffic for me, but it is close to lots of natural parks, hiking trails and places to whitewater raft. Lots of Mom & Pop places to eat with really good food. They have a great greenway with lots of miles to walk!

Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly.
Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly. Ate at Longhorn, including with room was a 10% discount. The following day we went to Olive Garden. We enjoyed the church service at North Cleveland Church of God and rode around the campus of Lee University. We even were able to enjoy some remaining fall colors. It was a great visit.

If you're into churches.
If you're into churches. Perry Stone ministry is located in Cleveland TN. We also went three times to the Chattanooga Tennessee Railroad museum, which was right up 75. The trains are a MUST See, and affordable. Your patronage helps them restore historical steam trains and original Diesel engines for the continued enjoyment of future generations! The trees were also starting to change. We were there a week too early. But" the chill in the air was working it's magic on a few maple trees we saw. Beautiful totally beautiful... To save money we packed the cooler for sandwiches, but still went to places like Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Sad about the fire that took Puckers and other businesses. We spent friday night and left Saturday morning.
The hotel location and staff were fine. The room was ok. The air worked great. But, we killed 2 roaches the first night. And then the reservation was not as we thought. They are renovating and so there is some dust and disturbance to the lobby. But we wanted an updated room and was told we would, but we did not. So the toilet rocked and a couple other things were worn and out of date which is the reason they are updating. But was disappointed the price was not lower due to the Reno.
Bed was comfortable! Size of bathroom was decent. In room coffee maker was nice. Love the coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was great. We don't eat pork and LOVED the turkey sausage option. My kids LOVED the automatic pancakes. I like the size of the coffee cups!
I liked that they had 2 pillow options. (soft and firm)
The breakfast lady was VERY nice!
I wish the hotel were 10% cheaper.
Was very clean and quiet ! I actually didn’t have to go in and immediately bleach everything like normal and even 5 star hotels !! It was clean and even the bathtub there was no mold or mildew everytbing was clean and the beds were very comfortable!!! Definitely recommend this hotel 10 out of 10! And the owners are super nice !!
Immediately upon arrival, I located the handicap parking , entered the hotel and was greeted by staff at the registration desk. Check in/out was efficient. All staff were hospitable. Hallways, elevator, cafe, my room were all clean. Staff went out of their way to ensure that guests received a wonderful experience.
For the money the hotel was great, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again. When I used my disinfectant wipes on the surfaces in the room, nothing appeared on them anywhere, including the TV remote, door handles, lamps, phone, or flat surfaces, so I was very pleased with that.
The breakfast was first class; we always tip the staff for the high quality food choices.
I did request a first floor room ; I received an email confirming my request, however
we were give room 320. The room was very nice and we left a tip for the cleaning crew
as well. We will be back. Craig Smith
Breakfast wasn't offered because of the virus. I understand but I don't believe that breakfast should be listed as a perk to the room on the website if it isn't available. We have to pay more to go out for breakfast but the hotel fee stays the same whether they serve food or not. That isn't right.
Room were very clean & I could see updates being done to the facility. They staff were amazing & I felt very safe being there. This particular location is where I will be staying when I'm in Cleveland TN. ( Best thing of all is the beds are comfortable!! Slept great)
The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. The beds were so comfy and the shower pressure was very good for a hotel. Was very happy with everything. We will definitely all stay at a Best Western Plus again.
Served the purpose: close to the freeway. Had eating options in the vicinity.
Was given an adjacent room on the first floor which I didn't like so they gave me a second floor room without problems.
Check-in process was fast, room had a nice view of the sunrise (on side facing away from highway), and beds were comfortable. Felt very clean. Parking as easy as well. Free coffee in the morning.
Breakfast was excellent. Hot and cold buffet. Large room, large bed, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Everything worked. Nothing to disappoint or complain about.
It was exceptionally clean. Everything was in good repair, in the rooms and in the common areas. Water was hot with good pressure. Bed was good. Great value for money.
