Easy to find. Room size and furniture was as expected. Everything functioned well. Didn’t notice road noise. Bed was nice and comfortable. It was all fairly clean.

I requested for an omlet and it was brought to me nice and hot. I offered to pay for my food before getting it and i was told before paying you 1st enjoy eating. The staff was very nice they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The restaurant manager kept me laughing.

Nothing they just don't give me room and doesn't even refund my money
I’m GF so I didn’t eat anything. That’s something your company should consider; allergies are effecting many these days!
Also your property seemed a bit shabby; rugs were worn , furniture needs to be replaced especially in the public area. The room furniture seemed fine .
I also was kept awake with the people in the next room ; very loud ! Perhaps that group could have been placed elsewhere in the hotel besides next to an elderly women traveling with her grand. I could hear them pretty good !
We decided to stay at this hotel because we were sightseeing Philadelphia. The room was spacious and tidy enough. We enjoyed our stay very much. The service was very friendly and always smiling. And this is a really great incentive to come back here again. We were here for two days, and we were shocked that after one night of our sightseeing tour, the cleaning crew cleaned our room. Thank you, you guys are great. :)

The customer service was terrible, a very horrible attitude like it was free to stay there at 11 am I was supposed to leave the hotel it was 11:10 I was changing my clothes to leave and they called the police they were very bad

I found 35 cents, so there's that. It was what we needed, a cheap place to sleep near where we needed to be. Did what was advertised.
Breakfast was adequate. Parking was near entry door which was a plus.
Asked for room near elevator because of difficulty walking, but got a room halfway down the hall away from elevator.
Location was great. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. professional service. great TV service. Wifi worked great. parking easy. Near good pub and stores.
Housekeeping staff--they knocked on my door to ask if towels, or anything else was needed. In my travels these days, many hotels aren't doing that at all. The room was tidy and clean.
I liked everything about my stay at Sleep Inn,the pricing was reasonable and the front desk staff was courteous and the location was good, I would definitely stay there again.
Close to Philly city center by the highway. It is worth the driving. The place is simple but very clean, with a large parking lot and stores and restaurants nearby.
