There was no shuttle service available, but I wasn’t told this until after I had checked in. Staff made no suggestions for how I was to get to the airport except to say, “There are taxis in town.”

It was VERY quiet. Maybe only 10-12 rooms filled by the amount of cars in the parking lot throughout the stay.
The bed was comfortable- however the sheets didn’t stay on the bed! They were like bed covers.

Check in was great. Friendly staff and very informative. When I got to the 3rd floor where my room was, all I noticed was used bed sheets all over the hallway beside most room doors. It was a mess. I got into my room and when I sat on the bed (As we always do to test it out) lol, It felt like the bed was going to fold on me. Way too soft.

Liza the Wed-Sat breakfast person is the only good thing at this hotel. Day staff not very pleasant except Liza, who was cheerful and attentive. Room needed repairs, TV did not work, couldn't use Wi-Fi. Provided with a partial nearly empty roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Went to lobby for more and they had none till next day 9am. Desk gave us an extra box of tissues instead !?! Told twice they were booked solid. Tuesday breakfast was missing multiple items had to be requested or delivered. Hot items only offered Wed-Sat.
The location was good, close to the highway for travel and also close to local amenities like restaurants and stores. Everything was very clean. Our coffee maker stopped working after the first cup the first morning. I informed management and a new one was in its place that afternoon. There is a grassy area with a playground on site, and a grassy area behind the building which provides the view from the window. And the window opened! Very pleasant environment.
We booked the hotel because of the location, price and pool and the pool was nasty. It was cloudy and not too appealing to go swimming. I have a young child and she really was upset about swimming. The staff did say that it looks and and probably should be cleaned and redone.
The property was surprising large but well maintained. The room was very clean. The price was about $50 less per night then the Holiday Inn Express located next door. It is located right off I-81 and next to a Cracker Barrel (the real reason I stayed)!
the price wasn't bad if you wanted a hotel room just for the night.. but what I wanted I did not receive and I couldn't get my money back.. in the front desk person wasn't very helpful and my needs as I told her
It was clean, staff was excellent and beds were comfortable. It is definitely a dated hotel but honestly the best one we stayed at on a trip from Maine to Ohio and back. Would 100% stay again.
Quiet location near the interstate at a good price. We were staying here for Syracuse parents weekend. It was a decent price compared to other options. The beds were comfortable.
