The property was conveniently located to downtown Chelsea and Chelsea Hospital. It also was very affordable. There was ample free parking, a pool and fitness room (that we didn’t use), and a working ice machine. It was also located off the main road around businesses that were closed by 5 pm so very quiet surroundings. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Shower pressure was good and the tub drained fairly well but water did gather in a bit of a puddle as one was showering. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast but it was limited with very few offerings as compared to most hotels. The staff was very friendly which was a big plus in my book.

Sadly things in this hotel are run down and filfthy and dirty rooms stain on covers hair in sink in bathroom tons of dust in the air vents which made us keep sneezing that smelled strong odor of mildew . Just gross
I was having surgery at the nearby hospital St. Joseph Chelsea and the management put me in a 3rd floor room in the back so that it would be quiet. I stayed 3 days. I was able to recover well enough to travel home.
The breakfast was quite good, The breakfast room was very clean and food was fresh with a good variety. The hotel is clean and nice. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel.
Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were busy related to local power outages. The staff remained friendly and efficient with the influx. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
We got the kid suite , it was awesome I definitely recommend 10/10 the hotel is nice clean and well kept the staff were really nice as well . Will definitely book again!
