I have stayed at their hotel in Nashville and it's like the Waldorf Historia compared to Motel 6 or Super 8.

I booked a four-night stay from April 11th to 15th through booking, and then extended it to one night. I kept booking and it was stated that the original stay was for one night, so the total would be five nights. As a result, your hotel paid me more money. Why can I be charged repeatedly for one night? I hope this charge will be refunded.

We were there 3 days and loved it.
We were there 3 days and loved it. We went on the Thursday - Saturday of spring break. We had to pre-purchase all our events because it was busy. Our favorite thing was renting electric scooters & touring downtown. We also went to the incline railway, an escape room on a train car, rode an actual train & visited Naughty Cat Cafe. There you can enjoy a coffee while you pet cats up for adoption. Plenty of great places to eat, although we stuck to the chain restaurants. We didn't have enough time in our trip to see all the great attractions available. The only downside was traffic. I-24 & I-75 were busy, but anyone from Atlanta will not see it as a problem.

We were there for a meeting, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the National Medal of Honor Museum and highly recommend it to everyone! Pucketts is on the opposite side of the same building so once you are finished with your Museum tour, you can grab a bite to eat. You will not leave hungry!
Also, a super fun adventure for the family is the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum! We love trains and it is a sure WIN with any Thomas the Tank engine lovers!! Look on their website for special events and days when the trains are 'running'. Just TERRIFIC!

Chattanooga has lots of great things to enjoy (we like Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls, Creative Discovery Museum (for our son). There's the Aquarium as well. However, driving around Chattanooga is terrible (road layout and people driving like idiots - I'm a confident and competent driver but still felt that my family and I were in significant danger on the roads) and the city has a nice center surrounded by a vast, sprawling, poorly planned industrial zone. Therefore, I highly recommend planning your stay and routes carefully in advance, basing yourself either downtown or on Lookout Mountain and planning driving routes in advance.

We are elderly and had disabilities and asked for bottom floor. We had to go up 2 flights of stairs. We also told them about our pets (as it was shown as pet friendly) and they overcharged us for the pets! They did not speak much english and were very difficult to understand. Very little breakfast, just individually wrapped cookies, juice and bad coffee!! It was the worst place we have ever stayed and I would never recommend it to anyone!!
You never know what to expect when you book online. I was very happy with the hotel, the room was a comfortable size for us. There were 2 adults and an 8 & 9 year old. The balcony over looks the pool, the bed was awesome, the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. The pool was clean & staff was coming out frequently to check to make sure there were enough towels poolside. The staff was very nice, breakfast was more then expected. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel the next trip to Chattanooga we take.
This property is perfectly located to see all of the attractions in downtown Chattanooga. You can start your day with a great hot breakfast and then walk to the Children’s museum, the IMAX theater, the aquarium (do not miss this fantastic attraction) and a phenomenal Rock Climbing gym (grandson’s favorite place to be). Restaurants are also within walking distance. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pool. Free parking and easy check in/out. Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.
Awesome loft apartment in a historic building in downtown Chattanooga. Unit (2-bedroom) is nicely decorated and is very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Morning coffee in the lobby was greatly appreciated. There is no onsite parking, but the garage is 1/2 block away and you can pay at the hotel for the duration of your stay.
Wife and I stayed here overnight while passing through TN on our way home from vacation. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Overall met expectations based on the price and location. Needs some updates but the comfort level of the bed was superior compared to other budget hotels in the same area I’ve stayed at previously. Will stay here again the next time we pass through Chattanooga.
The location was perfect for us. Truly everything we visited Chattanooga to do was within a 10-15 minute commute. Ruby Falls, Raccoon Mountain Caverns and Rock City were what we came to do. Walmart is right across the road for anything you might need. Urgent Care is also across the road (2min drive) from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.
this was the best place we’ve ever stayed in Chattanooga!! if you are staying for a night or multiple this is the place to go! the hotel has; a bar lounge, a diner inside it, and you are able to purchase water or soft drinks in the lobby! The staff was so friendly and even suggested some cool places to go!
Fantastic hotel with character, nice quiet area of Chattanooga - we were in the top floor, lovely room in the eaves with tasteful decor. Nice touch to have free coffee and soda, plus hanging around the communal areas is allowed, which is very pretty
Moxy Downtown Chattanooga is the absolute best place to stay in Chattanooga! Staff is amazing, rooms are well appointed and comfy with lots of storage room. Convenient location. Since I visit Chattanooga often, this is my go-to location!
I liked the location of the hotel itself. There was plenty to do around the area and even places in walking distance for food and drinks. We were able to take our kids for walks and feel like we were relatively safe and close to the hotel.
Hotel is near local restaurants in a revitalized area of Chattanooga. The hotel is a warm, comfortable and clean, unique option to stay downtown. The rooms have all been updated, staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt safe.
This hotel is our halfway point driving to and from Florida to Toronto.
Excellent Location off Hwy 75.
The price is the best deal in Town.
Love the quiet working area.
Breakfast included.
Coffee and available all day.
The hotel is in an excellent downtown location close to all amenities. The hotel reception staff when we checked in (Male, didn't get name) were very good, the breakfast was plentiful and as expected.
The lobby in the hotel was beautiful and the location was good. There are other hotels that are more central but this was still within walking distance to downtown Chattanooga.
No breakfast offered but there is a nice diner connected to the hotel and hotel guests get a 10% discount off their bill. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly.
It was adequate. I am Gluten Intolerant and could eat eggs, meat, fruit. It’s unusual to find GF bread products in a hotel breakfast and I saw no GF bread
