Shower design and function. Nozzle unreachable from outside the shower. To adjust, you had to stand in the scalding / freezing spray of the shower head. ( it went from one extreme to another without struggling with the adjustment nob. No in between. Either scalding or freezing ). My wife was nearly screaming. We switched rooms the next day to a room with a bath. The next room , the local television stations (NBC, CBS, ABC ) were blacked out. It was the day of the NFL playoffs. We left for another hotel across town after we decided to stay another night,
so what would you expect for the cost of the room. The cost of all the taxes, and other unnecessary fees tacked on.
Hope you fix the shower before you get sued.

Check out was good. Left the keycard in the room and drove away.
Couldn't find staff upon checking in. Multiple people's behind me waiting to check in.
Light in bathroom above sink was out and night light didn't work. Notified staff and was told no maintenance on weekends. Pillows are not idea, they are the size of a throw pillow.
Liked the stay, everything else was great
Would stay again no problem.

There is quite a bit of night life in and around Catoosa! We mostly stayed at the hotel until we left for our other plans. We ate at the hotel for the most part. The Tulsa Farmers Market is just about 10 minutes down the road, and it was an awesome start to our Saturday morning!

Annoying workers and even more annoying atmosphere!!! Hateful staff and even worse service!!! I will never in my life stay in a place like this and now have to endure legal aspects to regain the fraudulent charges they made towards my card!! Do NOT stay here people. The company will bill your card for whatever they want after and then will ignore your calls to try to fix the matter. I really had to call the police to report them! What a fraud!!!! I WARN YOU!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

But The clerk was bad bad i went to check in at 2:30pm she told me nobody could check in before 3pm i said ok i be back at 3
then i walk in at 2:55 and she was checking people in and a line was in front of me 3 deep!! when i ask her about she got real smart with me and hateful!! also she charge me 4 dollars more than Booking.com said was total price!! she said they didnt acept booking.com prices so just saying

We booked a room online and when we got there at 7:30 PM...
We booked a room online and when we got there at 7:30 PM after driving nine hours they told us there was no room ready. At 9 o'clock they finally told us they had a room for us and then at 11:30 they called us and woke us up and told us to come pay for the room because they had to close their books out for the night they never asked us to pay for the room when we checked in
We came to stay for the state track tournament and the hotel was easily accessible from the interstate. Several fast food places to choose from were close by. The rooms were a nice size, clean and were nice and cool when we arrived and when you adjusted the temperature, it actually worked! The staff was friendly and helpful. I like that they have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers.
Everything was awesome this place is super great I would recommend this place over any hotel on catoosa and Tulsa as well... That's just being real. They have great staff very polite and always right their if u need something they try make ur stay easy and welcome you and ur four legged buddy's to and it's always super clean

The hotel was clearly trying to make it better. They are going through a management change. The people we were all very polite and nice. No matter their role in the hotel they were ready to help. I am sure they are working to improve the hotel and the people made the stay worth it.

Safe neighbourhood, not far away from a shopping center. Absolutely no problems during whole 10 days stay. Definitely good place to stay in Catoosa.
Anita was very nice in helping us enjoy our 2 night stay in Catoosa. She checked us in with a cheerful attitude and provided us with the necessary info we requested, like a good Mexican restaurant to go.
Very nice hotel for the price. Newly renovated, clean, pet friendly and very reasonable priced. Very reasonable price $20, for my pet as well. Good breakfast included as well.
