Our floor had some stuff left on it the beds was old an not very comfy. But with that said they where rvery friendly an very professional. Was easy for my handicap ma. Sucked there was no fridge but that's ok. Out side was clean no little cute shampoo or conditioner bottles either there nice to see . Sheets was on point tho. Not enough pillows. But I like fluffy lol.

Quiet & comfortable. Pool was available for use. Guest Laundry facilities available. Required quarters $2.50 per load. Good breakfast options, coffee, juice, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, muffins/bread, eggs & protein options. Free parking onsite.
The staff was really nice. The cleanliness of the room was not acceptable, no hand soap in dispenser, broken window blind, filthy wash clothes and furnishings.....highly disappointed. I will definitely not spend my hard earned money to stay here again

I was very satisfied with my stay because there was so much in the area and you could walk to at least 7 or more places to eat.

There were NO supplies: no breakfast, no actual coffee, never asked about room cleaning—just didn’t do it, no soap or shampoo/conditioner etc. after one tiny bar (3 people for 5 days), room keys never worked without re-activation, smell of smoke in no-smoking room, blow dryer worked but covered with hair —dirty filter. Positive side, mattress was decent, nothing stolen cuz no staff ever cleaned or emptied trash, heat was working well.

I've stayed there many times and I've never had a issue with anything. Check in was great... Mr Sam the manager was excellent. Everyone had a great attitude. All the workers were nice. Rooms super clean. Very quiet. Amazing

The area was good.
The area was good. I was there for my class reunion for Catonsville High. So I was familiar with the area. However, I would not recommend the Ramada Inn West to anyone-since it was very unclean. The rooms need to be fumigated to get rid of the roaches.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast isn’t the biggest of variety but will get your day started. If you don’t find what your like you can order room service. If you don’t want to order room service there is a mall across the street from the hotel with a grocery store, Sam’s club. Checkers is right next to the hotel and chick fil-a is across the street from the hotel. We also did some thrifting found a thrift store 6 minutes from the hotel. This hotel is in a perfect area very quiet and calm neighborhood. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The pool and fitness center was an added plus. That was my main reason for booking. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel or in the back. The front of the hotel has a lounge area it was a little brisk at night. But there was a beautiful red stone fire pit to keep us warm along with a calming water fall. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I felt very safe and secure due to the cameras in the hall and throughout the hotel. My stay was too short I will surely book again in the future and try the spa next time.
The location was disgusting. I actually seen a roach but my second night. The ppl were rude and they allowed drug addicts to roam the property freely even after I toss them I was uncomfortable. I really wanted my money back or a free night somewhere else. Worst hotel ever.
There is a gym with three machines that you can use up to 11:00. There is quiet time at 10pm for all guests and it’s convenient to food places of various variety. Also it’s two hotels in one so you can find a room for any budget.
Hotel rooms were very spacious and they accommodated me since I am pregnant with twins on the first floor instead of going upstairs which was really sweet. Hospitality was very sweet.
The bed was the best part. This place really need renovation badly. I booked though booking.com and once arriving it was want it was online. Big disappointment.
Everything was nicely decorated and comfortable. I loved the outdoor lounge area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable.
