The room smelled bad didn’t look nothing like the pictures on website my daughter got a flea on her. They came in our room around 9 pm and changed the curtains who does that. If my husband hadn’t been there they would not of gotten in. He came to bring our daughter dinner.

I would first like to say that I have always been extremely pleased anytime I have stayed in one of your hotels. I booked through Booking.com and did the reviews and all seemed fine for a 1 night stay for a baseball tournament at your Carrolton location. The property itself is unkept, lacking any care or attention to detail for a customer looking for quick night at a good price. We then enter the room it smelled awful (very musty), the furniture was broken, the ac made a God awful noise all night, there was 1 towel in the room and when asking the front desk they were reluctant to give me another so I was able to talk her into 2 more. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted out, the tub was disgusting with black marks all over, the toilet was a fixture found in a prison, and the beds were completely uncomfortable. It is obvious the clientele renting these rooms are either living there, or extended stays, there were portable grills right outside our door, hammocks in the trees, a tires in the parking lot. If we had not gotten there so late, I would have been better off sleeping in my car with my wife and 2 small boys. I learned one thing, just because you slap a Wyndham label on the Super 8 at the end of the day it is a Super 8. I would expect if nothing more a clean, kept space, not a musty nasty room with cigarette burns on the AC unit. I was totally disgusted with every aspect of our stay. Please do better!!

If you are coming be prepared to stay in your room if you do not want to smell strongly of marijuana from just walking in the corridors. It was unbelievably strong on all the floors, even the one that was supposed to be non-smoking.

Can't give an accurate review because we did not see much of Carrollton besides UWG campus. The area seems nice with several cute foody places to eat. Looking forward is seeing more of the area when we move my son into UWG in Aug
Breakfast needed some modification. Staff friendly and accommodating. Helpful. The breakfast area needs expansion. High School group stayed there not enough seating. Great hot hot water. Room attendant needs to speak English especially in Carrollton, Georgia. If you live in US you speak our language. The official language is English
Good sized rooms, slightly dated decor and the carpets could do with a good clean. But the bed was comfy, coffee maker in the room, decent hotel, just not overly quiet (lots of noise from the corridors). Breakfast was limited but OK - small hot buffet, waffle maker, fresh fruit and some pastries. Perfectly adequate for a short stop.
Up to the usual Hampton standards. Good location (a few minutes drive to downtown), clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was in good shape, with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast, and I always enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea throughout the day. Nice hotel!
Actually the breakfast was minimally satisfying- standard breakfast you get at hotels these days. The breakfast will keep you from being hungry but don't expect to fill up on a hardy meal- I hop is down the street.
The hotel is a really nice place to stay. Exceptionally friendly, and helpful staff. All of your staff has been exceptional during our stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
