The hotel staff was nice and helpful and friendly. If the breakfast bar would have had any food on it when I got down there at 830 it might have been worthy but there was no food and no one restocking anything.

We stopped in Waco for the night on our way to Padre Island. The hotel met our expectations. The pool seemed a little small, so we did not use it. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. We left a stuffed animal behind and the hotel offers a shipping service to return items left behind (though it's a bit overpriced).

The property was fantastic!!! So quiet and comfortable and beautiful. We also liked the friendly black and white dog that came to say goodby when we were leaving. We want to come back and try several of the other homes.
