I stay there once a year, as I live overseas and visit my family is nearby. Each time I stay, I am impressed by the kind and accommodating staff. Whether it’s breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening, they are fantastic. Shahene, Ryan and the female evening bartender whose name slips my memory always have a smile and kind words. Also, the young and welcoming reception staff are always there for any needs and smiles. Well done!

I reserved the room from booking.com and received several emails saying that they were looking forward to our stay. when we called for the shuttle, we found out there was none, at 11:00pm. We were under the impression that they had shuttle 24/7. We had to hire a taxi, and when we arrived, Hampton did not have our reservation, even though I showed her our confirmation numbers from both booking.com and hampton inn. Long and short--we were stranded without a room at midnight in Chicago. This was the single worst travel experience we have ever had and we'll never use booking.com or hampton inn again.

Love the fact that grocery stores and eateries are stone throw from the hotel.
Sad to say but poor review. No house keeping for the 5 days of my stay. I was not informed of this at checkin nor was it in any of their advertising. I found it out after checking with the desk which told me that were full for request for that day. Sink drain broken for 2 days. Pool like green soup could not see the bottom. Was really looking forward to using it for some exercise. One of the main reasons I chose this Hampton. Definitely not up to my past Hampton experiences

Very easy access near interstates.
Very easy access near interstates. The breakfast area is large and comfortable and the food and beverages were good with a large variety.
Our room was large and very comfortable. Our only problem was the small refrigerator did not cool very good and didn't have a little freezer section. I like to use these so it was not adequate.
Location was perfect distance to Brookfield Zoo. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Hotel was very clean. I liked that they had a sign in sheet for the pool usage and only allowed a certain amount of people inside the pool at a time. The breakfast area was so clean and breakfast was fresh and Hot.
Convenient for the purpose of the visit. It was fairly straight forward to get there from the airport.
The rooms are good size and comfortable for the stay.
Close to restaurants in Burr Ridge and so easy to get back to the hotel after dinner.
Almost everywhere I stayed in a hotel had a wonderful continental breakfast. Here, too expensive for breakfast at $17.00 dollars and you don't have much of a choice, very disappointing. I never took my breakfast there and I went somewhere.
My husband and I have stayed here twice now after company Christmas dinners hosted at this hotel. Employees were nice and helpful. Clean room, clean bathroom and clean sheets. Beds were comfortable. No complaints at all!
