The price is good. We felt that the location was safe. Room was clean. It is a good option for a place to shower and sleep.
Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 20 minutes' drive from this Westmont hotel. A fitness center, library and convenience store are featured on site.
Sad to say but poor review. No house keeping for the 5 days of my stay. I was not informed of this at checkin nor was it in any of their advertising. I found it out after checking with the desk which told me that were full for request for that day. Sink drain broken for 2 days. Pool like green soup could not see the bottom. Was really looking forward to using it for some exercise. One of the main reasons I chose this Hampton. Definitely not up to my past Hampton experiences

Very easy access near interstates.
Very easy access near interstates. The breakfast area is large and comfortable and the food and beverages were good with a large variety.
Our room was large and very comfortable. Our only problem was the small refrigerator did not cool very good and didn't have a little freezer section. I like to use these so it was not adequate.
Location was perfect distance to Brookfield Zoo. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Hotel was very clean. I liked that they had a sign in sheet for the pool usage and only allowed a certain amount of people inside the pool at a time. The breakfast area was so clean and breakfast was fresh and Hot.
Convenient for the purpose of the visit. It was fairly straight forward to get there from the airport.
The rooms are good size and comfortable for the stay.
Close to restaurants in Burr Ridge and so easy to get back to the hotel after dinner.
Almost everywhere I stayed in a hotel had a wonderful continental breakfast. Here, too expensive for breakfast at $17.00 dollars and you don't have much of a choice, very disappointing. I never took my breakfast there and I went somewhere.
My husband and I have stayed here twice now after company Christmas dinners hosted at this hotel. Employees were nice and helpful. Clean room, clean bathroom and clean sheets. Beds were comfortable. No complaints at all!
Clean and well kept hotel. They honored my room request and I had 2 quiet nights for sleeping.
Breakfast was outstanding and pool was clean and not crowded.
I will be returning back to this hotel on my next trip.
Hotel/room was clean. Had to specifically ask for items (coffeepot, hair dryer) because not already in room. No problem to procure when asked. Possibly due to covid restrictions?
