A quiet stay with clean rooms. The place/rooms has no smell which I prefer (tho i never went to the thrid floor). Parking is a little small but not a huge deal, price was cheap and great for what you recieve. Would stay again!

Walking distance to Sky Zone, Ticklez, Subway and hair and nail spot. 2 minute drive to the lake. Eateries are only a 3 minute drive away; we ate at Applebees. Adam's Family eatery, great food, is only a 2 minute drive away. The room was a good size for me and my grandchildren. We were perfectly situated on the first floor and and by the back door, which made it great to come and go without disturbing others or having to go through the lobby. Unbeknownst to me, my vehicle was parked right outside our room window, which I prefer to be able to see my vehicle when I'm away.

The only good thing about Budd Lake is the Budd Lake diner - food and service great. The rest of the town was too much traffic and noise. Didn't see anyone on or in the lake when the temperature was in the high ninetys.

I didn’t go to Budd Lake. I came to the area for the Lovelight Music and Yoga Festival at the Waterloo Concert Field. I stayed at the Super 8 which was in a perfect convenient location for food and other stores for necessities. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Budd Lake Diner and the Burrito shop were my favorites for breakfast and dinner. The town and parks are beautiful.

The hotel is on a very busy 4 lane road with a lot of traffic. I never noticed traffic noise even though our room was street side. It is a fairly busy congested area however within a few minutes driving distance are highways and country roads.
The included pictures are at the golf course where my husband golfed. I explored the area and went shopping, of course.
First time using the Hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel lobby was pleasant and appeared clean. The carpet in the room needed to be cleaned and the air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom and bedding were nice and clean and comfortable. The guests were quiet and i had no issues sleeping becaue of noise. The stay was pleasant and worth the value. I would use the hotel again.

I can’t say I liked anything about this hotel. I travel across the country and this place was by far the worse place. Dirty, guest appear living there long term, guest pan handling and hotel is out dated. Carpet was full of stains and you’re responsible for taking trash out when you check out. That’s a first for me.
The room was very nice. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The staff was very friendly. I really like the fact that you need your room key to get into the building from side and rear entrances. I just wish it were just a little cheaper.

They went above and.beyond to help me. We had just been Screwed over by another hotel that gave away the room I paid for. So the employee here at your hotel did everything he could for us to make sure we had a great experience here.
Hotel was very nice. Restaurant offered breakfast and children ate free which was awesome. Lobby had a bar and small convenience store (minimal items, chips, soda etc).
Everything was clean and nicely maintained. My room was nice as expected and I had no issues. The bathroom was notably nice, a rarity in most hotels of this level.
Very professional hotel, free parking, room was a decent size, had comfy beds, a fridge, microwave and large TV. Reception were able to allocate us a quiet room
The room was clean, spacious and well lit. It also smelled fresh, not like some of the other hotels that smell like cigarettes even in the non smoking rooms.
