They gave us a bottle of water at check in.
The breakfast was awesome! Staff was so nice and very pleasant. I loved the set up and everything was very fresh!!
I truly appreciate the trays that were provided so I could take food up to my sleepy athlete without making multiple trips. AND this old mom got to finally enjoy a hot cup of coffee which was delicious.

Aside from the previously mentioned issues, we also had to contend with cold showers for the whole time we were there. The temperature never rose enough to even be considered lukewarm and made for very quick exits. It was a very old home, though spacious and nicely located, it could use a reconditioning. I wish I could have given a good review and might have been less descriptive if they had refunded us as was understood at the very outset of this fiasco.

It is close to the lovely beaches of Anna Maria and Siesta Key, plus lots of shopping opportunities and local supermarkets and restaurants close by (you definitely need a car to get about though). More reasonable to stay in Bradenton than on the beach or further south, yet easy to reach those places by car.

For us, the location was quite reasonable. The bedding was clean, and coffee maker and wifi worked. The local property manager was very responsive when we lost water for a day.
Entering the house, you will notice a mild odor; not sure if it is soley a FL moisture issue, or if there is/was smoking in the house. The interior is several decades overdue for painting; the walls look quite dirty. The spin cycle on the clothes washer is useless; expect several hours for clothes drying. We were without water for a day. The local manager was quite responsive. However, we were told that the owner had known about the problem and had failed to address it. If this is true, it is completely unacceptable. Seems like the owner is only interested in making a profit, rather than providing a reasonable accommodation for the money.

After booking online through booking.com that stated the place was pet friendly drove 40+ miles after a hurricane in our area with our two dogs. When arrived signs everywhere says no pets, went into the front lobby explained to the front desk clerk we had our dogs and she said it was fine. They were waving the no pets due to hurricane. Then they told us we had to vacate because we had pets? Unacceptable absolutely unacceptable it was a filthy place anyway!

Your money will be stolen just as my money was stolen.
But do not use Booking dot com to book your room.
Booking dot com has defrauded me and stolen my money by selling a hotel room in a hotel that is not open for business and looks unsafe.

Its where my daughter calls home. The hotel room was very clean,great view of the marina. Great breakfasts.
The only downside was my daughters brand new nikes were stolen and so was my mary kay eye shadow palete. Plus house keeping speaks no english? Id like to come back next yr for 2 weeks only at the same price i paid.
Everything was very clean and user friendly. The House has everything you could think of. It’s extremely comfortable and large. We didn’t realize how incredibly large it was for a family of 4. Everyone had plenty of space to just relax and experience Bradenton. It’s extremely close to Anna Maria Island maybe a 7-10 drive and close to tons of shopping and great restaurants to. We will definitely book again. It’s the best property we have stayed at.
The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal! There are a lot of beautiful spaces, indoors and outdoors, to relax, so you're not limited to your room. It's really a lovely place!! I plan to stay here every other month when I visit family, it's that nice! They offer breakfast, real sustenance, not the basic continental fare most places serve. Everything about this reasonably price hotel, right down to the staff, deserves a 5 star rating!
The place is very well maintained and I have stayed here 4 times. For those travelling by air it's about 5 minutes to the Sarasota/Bradenton airport. The beaches of Anna Maria are about 25 minutes.
The breakfast area is very clean and the items available are ideal to start the day.
A little pricy for what you get but that's the joy of travelling at the weekend. The hotel is near the I75 and had plenty of parking. Was quiet and overall appeared in good condition. Decent selection at breakfast with cereal, fruit and waffles.

Location is perfect,the hotel is kept clean and maintain in great condition,great playground area includes ping pong table,basketball hoop and other games,the pool is big and comfortable,coffee 24/7,friendly staff.
Everything is within a 5 to 10 mile radius, shopping centers, restaurants, and they have a Popeyes chicken right across the street. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel as well.
The room was dirty and stai s all over the sheets and towels.. big gaps on the doors and it was not worth 225 dollars for 1 night.. prices are way to high .. it's a 40 a night hotel
The breakfast was every each morning a surprise. It was not a hotel standard breakfast. Everything was so good!
