The staff was super nice. They would help me with anything I needed. The place was very clean. They had food to buy for breakfast and dinner. The Smokey Bone's restaurant across the way was very good. I would stay there again.

my room was given away and was stuck in pet friendly room had no choice due to room aready paid for. was told they would give discount never happened. Got sick from room smell told them did nothing till next day. never checked my reservation for the next weekend which they told me they would computer in there facility did not wrok was just night mare. Staff froendly but don>t keep there promises. Would not stY THERE OR RECOMENNED THEM EVER AGAIN.

Hotel was clean, the carpeting in my room was torn up and really needed replacing, wallpaper peeling off, the bed was very uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast had good options. All in all it was a decent hotel just could use some updating in the rooms.
I Assume clean..my eyes saw clean. Heavy mold smell in room. Air conditioner blowing more mold. I had to get some allergy meds to stay there. Lobby has slight mold smell..which stopped me from asking for different room. Moldy Hotel. Another guess stated same..so not just me..I was in room 432..they were 2 doors down same side of hall. Not convenient to stores or restaurants...not in walking distance.
The best part was when checking into the hotel and the hotel clerk advised that they did not take my credit card for some particular reason and when I explain to her that’s all I had with me she told me don’t worry about it and she ran it and took the deposit on it and everything worked out fine and me and my wife had a beautiful night out
Outside the building you would think this is a great place however when you walk inside the hotel is Dirty.
The rooms smell will make you faint, the carpet filthy;
And I'm not saying this just to say it; I just believe this great company can do better with such a great location.
I like the location, the beds are very comfortable, and the hotel was fairly quiet when I stayed there. The staff is very nice and helpful. I especially want to give a thumbs up to Liz at the front desk. She is very kind, professional and personable.
Location is convenient to Ronkonkoma area / middle of Long Island. Room pricing is lower than most Long Island hotels. Easy access to both Sunrise Highway and Long Island Expressway. Desk clerk was friendly with quick check-in and out process.
the convenience of being near the airport was a plus. Our flight from LGA was cancelled and we were rerouted from ISP airport to home. This hotel was the close to the airport and we're not from here.
The staff that we had was extremely helpful and considerate. She was a blonde lady. The room was beautiful and very clean. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at the Lakeland inn hotel.
