This was an emergency stop during a snowstorm I have stayed at many Choice Hotels but this was the best experience by far the property was very clean well kept up excellent breakfast and very very helpful staff

An urban-sprawl surrounded by condos and antiseptic house farms; however ... Convenient to some picturesque and historic places. Lots of great places to eat. Try the non-chain Italian restaurants like Alberini's and Nickolini's! Not many restaurants or bars open late. The area is pretty much dead after 10 pm.
If staying in the Youngstown Boardman area, I recommend this hotel. It is well-priced, the rooms are comfortable with good mattresses, and the indoor pool is warm. If staying when the weather is warm, there is also a cozy outdoor space to relax in. The Holiday Inn is conveniently located, close to numerous restaurants and Mill Creek Park.
Price was very affordable and the location of the hotel is great. I dunno if you're short on staff but the cleanliness of the hotel is definitely suffering. Staff needs to be more alert on what is going on in the hotel.
It was easy to find and in a safe open location. The parking lot was clean as well as the lobby, hall ways and room. It was close to my event. The shower was good and hot.
Some new fixtures; Carpet, AC, Bathroom. Soaps and shampoo. Bed and pillows. TV/cable. Building exterior and lobby looked good. Recently resealed parking lot. Price!!!!!!
