We were able to check in early and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed at the facility, but they called the hotel next door and reserved the pool for us for an hour. Rooms were clean. Pillows were soft, bed was a bit too firm for our liking - but was comfortable. Breakfast selections were great - pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, muffins, hot eggs, sausage, cold cereal, variety of yogurts and juices and fresh fruit. We had a family of 5 in a queen suite. Good value. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was bright and clean. Some of the staff were very nice and accommodating to guests. I was upset about the conditions of the U.S. flag outside, and was assured that it would be addressed.

Bob's Grill has good food ... only open til 2 PM, so hurry! The Top of Oklahoma Museum is quite interesting ... the volunteer host really helped us to understand the history of this town ... from 25, 000 population to today's 7,000. Great exhibits. Hotels along I-35 have good food available nearby. You can do a lot of stuff within a 10-mile radius, though the town doesn't have a great lot of attractions.

Went to Blackwell for Homecoming and Birthday weekend with family and friends. Town is having economic issues but the people as always are friendly. Lots of Rural Americana and history to see in the local area
The hotel was beautiful and clean as was our room. Very comfortable room.
The staff was very friendly despite the hotel being full and them being very busy.
The assistant manager even came up to "fix" a tv issue.
We will be staying at again on the way home.
Great location for my last-minute trip to see the eclipse. Seems like most hotel night staff are naturally surly, but Heather at the front desk was friendly and professional—and I was frazzled after 12+ hours of traffic!
Breakfast was really good. Especially the waffles and hot coffee. Beds real comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Next door to a real good Mexican restaurant.
Staff was great along with the extras like coffee 24 7. I was there for a speaking engagement at a Paranormal Convention in Blackwell Oklahoma.

Location was handicap. The breakfast was fresh and great the staff made sure we had enough food. I was very pleased with the hotel. I highly recommend it to my friends.
