The service was outstanding. When I ordered in room dining, the food was delivered very promptly- more promptly than any other hotel. The food was delicious. We ate with my family twice at the Rugby Grill and the food and service there was excellent as well.
The room was spacious and nice. The mini bar was restocked fairly promptly. The bathroom and shower were also spacious.

Location was close to my new apartment, so it was great. Breakfast was so-so.
This is our second time at the hotel, the breakfast was lovely especially on the days that they served rice with kimchi, furikake and seaweed, yum!
The staff is exceptional! They are all so kind, attentive and helpful.
The pool is an absolute must, so calming and soothing.
The fact that it's next to a Walmart and some other stores makes it extremely convenient especially since you have a full functioning kitchen in the room.

Location was great for us coming from the Detroit airport. We had a tournament in Pontiac the next day and the house was close to shopping, restaurants, and sports facilities. The communication with the host great and he was very helpful in answering my questions. The house was cute and stylish and offered a comfortable place to sleep with three private bedrooms. We really liked the clean fresh towels in each room and the bathroom was large and very clean!

The breakfast was good for the style and level of hotel, however, do not try the kimchi! The appliances really made it feel as though yiu were not too far from home. I like that you can cook or enjoy many of the restaurants around. Staff was friendly and helpful!
This was an absolutely unique and beautiful hotel. The decor was on point, absolutely stunning! It was also closely located to some really cool restaurants! Can't wait to come back to try Adachi.

The location of the house is great close to Birmingham downtown and despite being close to busy roads, we had great nights thanks to very comfortable mattresses.
The hotel is amazing but the restaurant downstairs in the lobby gets full very fast from reservations outside. it's sad they don't give priority to hotel guests.
Being in the arts, I especially appreciated the art installation though the hotel but especially in the lobby area. I like the bar scene with local crowds.
