When we walked in we immediately liked what we saw. The German décor was wonderful. The lounge area was spacious and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find out that there was a "Happy Hour" with complementary appetizers and drinks. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was plentiful and a good selection of breakfast foods.
All staff were very pleasant and courteous.

Simply a nice area to stay. Close to Frankenmuth and Bronner's Christmas store. Nice outlet mall in Birch Run. Don't miss out on breakfast at Tony's. There are a lot of restaurants between Birch Run and Frankenmuth. Goal Post Pizza is the best. Right now they do not have dine-in but there is a very nice gazebo in front of the restaurant with a table and you can watch all of the locals going past. When in Frankenmuth take a break at Dead Creek Saloon just south of town on M-83. My wife and I had a great time. Remember, It is all what you make it. I say, "Make it a good time with great memories." There is a little road construction on the road to Birch Run and the outlet mall but it moves well. Have patients and enjoy.

This hotel is clean and well-appointed with easy access to elevators and a well-lit parking lot. When I closed the black-out window shades the room was dark and quiet, an invitation to a perfect sleep. The bed was comfortable. They use great linens and offer several choices of pillows to make sure you get the firmness you want. Great place to stay!

The location was great for our visit to Frankenmuth. If your expectations are low to average then this will meet your needs. I would recommend not getting hopes up if your looking to relax in a comfortable hot tub or refreshing dip in the pool. If you require a hand held shower head, and a walk in shower this will not meet your needs.

Cheaper option very near enough (and quiet country drive) to Frankenmuth just off Hwy 75--easy to get to.
Good nights sleep (comfy bed, quiet hotel) with continental breakfast (plus make your own waffle/substandard recipe, no eggs or meat).
Fridge and Microwave nice for leftover Frankenmuth chicken (and food from Meijer's store within walking distance),
Hot tub decent/no pool.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Clean facility. Beds were comfortable but way too high. A step stool is necessary for anyone that was not tall. Toilet was too low. Extremely low. It is close to Frankenmueth for shopping and restaurants.
Patty at the front desk was amazing! The place is very clean and you cannot beat the location for Frankenmuth or any of the outlet malls. We have stayed in plenty of hotels as a family, some much more expensive but was pleasantly surprised at how large this room was. The largest we have ever had that wasn’t a suite. Was great for the kids to play. Staff was friendly. The pool looked nice although we didn’t use. Overall great stay!
The property was only 10 minutes away from downtown frankenmuth and only 5 minutes from birch run outlets. There were places to eat very close by, along with a grocery store and liquor store. This made it very convenient to grab anything we needed without wasting time traveling there. The pool was large and a good depth, a vending machine was on every floor and there is free breakfast in the lobby.
close to shops, easy on and off the highway. only 8 mins from frankenmuth. super clean, absolutely loved the comforters on our bed. the staff was amazing, a little stressed when we checked in but there were a ton of people coming in all at the same time. our original rooms heater wasn’t working, but they filled all our other requests for being on a quiet end of the hotel.
This hotel is in a prime location; which is an amazing there are literally one of the restaurants and shops within minutes of the hotel and only a 10-minute walk. The hotel room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I had no problems, issues, or concerns at this hotel, and overall I had a great stay.

The pool area was clean. There were stores and restaurants in the vicinity. We were there to visit Frankenmuth and the outlets on Birch Run.

I loved everything about my stay, it was clean and customer service was excellent. The breakfast was good and setup perfect so me and family members booked again for August so I recommend anybody traveling in the Birch run area to stay at Holliday in express.
As the hotel was behind the Best Western, we were thrilled to be able to use their lobby, get coffee and a lovely breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when we had some issues with WIFI and we got a lovely room change.
Service was great, staff were incredible. Breakfast included, this has been the best breakfast included in post covid times of the 16 hotels I have stayed in this vacation summer. Rooms are spacious and clean/sanitized!!

I loved swimming in the pool it was clean . I loved the hot tub it felt great. The hotel as a whole was clean especially the room. The beds were comfortable and air worked great. The staff was nice and friendly.
Everything was good except the proximity to the Interstate. Our room was at the back of the hotel facing the hiway and the noise of traffic kept us up. We used ear plugs the next night so was better.
