The young lady, September, at the front was a 10 out of 10 in customer service. We were traveling and exhausted. She helped get us checked in with a caring a professional manner. So grateful for her. Everyone was wonderful.

Billings Montana was a nice surprise to my wife and me.
Billings Montana was a nice surprise to my wife and me. It was clean, pretty, and not too big or congested to drive in. We used Billings as a base to Explore Many of the National Monuments and Parks surrounding it. Yes, we did a lot of driving through multiple states and locations, but we always found it very easy to return to a very nice city with ample shopping, dining, and other entertainment opportunities. Not one completely built just for the tourist. Flying into Billings was very easy and the Airport was smaller and easy to maneuver through. This was true for the Car Rental areas, Baggage claim areas, and getting through the security checkpoints on Memorial Day Weekend.

Billings OK. My choice of hotel based on price ($95.00) because I was only there overnight. For the price, the hotel was marginal.
I think the staff was trying, but did not have training or equipment. I noticed the maid cart was virtually empty.

The room was good it had everything we needed, but right from the start we had problems, as soon as we arrived we parked on the side of the hotel near our room for ease of luggage handling, our room was a pet friendly room, we were downloading the bags from our car and there was a maintenance guy in the hallway and he immediately complained that our 3 month old puppy was scratching the door and that he was going to cause damage, we told him that we are just arriving "so give us a break". the next morning we left the hotel and we stopped at a gas station where we realize one of the license plates was missing and probably stolen during the night.

I was in Billings for medical care, but I love it there. There are so many fun shops. The people are friendly. Great places to eat. It's easy to get around. They have great medical care. I travel 5 hours to see doctors.

Whoever was staying 1 room over was extremely loud til about 4am all 3 nights that I stayed.
I complained to the front desk about it but they did nothing about it had seemed as the guests were still loud during my entire stay.

Billings is really a great town.
Billings is really a great town. It does have its share of crime, but given its size, it's not unexpected and if you pay attention to your surroundings, it is not hard to avoid. Don't leave valuables in your car and make sure you lock it up and you should be just fine. I lived there for 15 years and only recently moved away. I like to go back, especially in the summer time, there are a lot of things to do and see.
Overall this is a nice facility but the lobby area needs some updates. When checking in they still had up what looked like Fall / Halloween decorations when it was Christmas. That gives the appearance of being understaffed. The hallways also need a bit of sprucing up. The rooms were very nice oversized nicely cleaned and excellent beds and pillows. With a little care to the lobby they could be a top-rated hotel.
Super welcoming staff, both at front desk (and someone manning customer service line, who assured that we would be taken care of, if we arrived the hotel in after hours). We very much enjoyed the brief stay in our room, which is clean and with comfy beds. The kitchenette does help us make light breakfast before we set off for next destination.
Very nice hotel in downtown Billings. The staff was great. The room was really nice. The restaurants attached to Hotel gave lots of great options. Location is great for walking around downtown and checking out other grills and pubs.
