Very nice hotel. Was going to the Alberta Bair Theatre so it was a short walk to the event. Free parkade parking was great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed.

The room was good it had everything we needed, but right from the start we had problems, as soon as we arrived we parked on the side of the hotel near our room for ease of luggage handling, our room was a pet friendly room, we were downloading the bags from our car and there was a maintenance guy in the hallway and he immediately complained that our 3 month old puppy was scratching the door and that he was going to cause damage, we told him that we are just arriving "so give us a break". the next morning we left the hotel and we stopped at a gas station where we realize one of the license plates was missing and probably stolen during the night.

I was in Billings for medical care, but I love it there. There are so many fun shops. The people are friendly. Great places to eat. It's easy to get around. They have great medical care. I travel 5 hours to see doctors.

Whoever was staying 1 room over was extremely loud til about 4am all 3 nights that I stayed.
I complained to the front desk about it but they did nothing about it had seemed as the guests were still loud during my entire stay.

Billings is really a great town.
Billings is really a great town. It does have its share of crime, but given its size, it's not unexpected and if you pay attention to your surroundings, it is not hard to avoid. Don't leave valuables in your car and make sure you lock it up and you should be just fine. I lived there for 15 years and only recently moved away. I like to go back, especially in the summer time, there are a lot of things to do and see.

I fell in love with Billings and this pat of Montana. Probably best time of year (September). Weather was perfect. Mid 50’s in morning and warm in afternoon. Small but with plenty to do. Especially if you love the outdoors!

they even allow cats which is great because we usually travel with our cat - didn’t have her this trip but she is more trained and well behaved than most dogs (even walks on a leash and uses the restroom outside like a dog) most hotels discriminate against cats which is unfair so this is the one single positive thing to come from this hotel
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and seemed recently refurbished. We travel with our two dogs, and this hotel does not charge extra for pets, which is much appreciated. Lots of free parking and is right beside the Cracker Barrel, so convenient for eating out. Very nice stop when traveling through Billings.
Our room was very clean. Had nice soap and plenty of towels. Breakfast was great! Had fresh fruit and hot food ready for us. The coffee was great! The breakfast seating area was clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! Billings was the perfect little getaway to go see the holiday lights at the zoo.
They are under new ownership, but staff didn't know what they where doing. Lots of people living there breaking in to empty rooms, rooms not clean, towels and tp where not available. Would recommend that they learn hotel etiquette and hospitality.
Best hotel in Billings! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast area, pool, & hot tubs are clean & just amazing! The continental breakfast is so nice & convenient. They had a nice variety for everyone & it’s mostly gluten free.
Nice comfortable room was waiting for us on our late arrival. Staff was helpful from the get go. Breakfast was nice and our stay was uneventful - that's the best kind. Will definitely stay again our next visit to Billings.
We really like this hotel and the best part it's pet friendly. The lobby area was decorated very nice for Christmas. The breakfast was good and the size of the room is good.
