Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. It was so bad it reduced my wife to tears and we refused to stay there . The accommodation was filthy, the beds looked like someone had just got out of them and the air conditioning unit was full of grime and dust.the toilet door was hanging off. The staff were absolutely useless and very very rude.
After we said we weren’t staying , her first words were , you aren’t getting a refund .
We stayed at the Best Western Boutique hotel for less money with appreciative staff . I would say to anyone to avoid having anything to do with this absolute hovel.

The games were great for kids in their lobby. We loved the room. Lady with the long straight blonde hair at desk was super helpful. Walking distance to main street. Dog friendly with dog biscuits.

The home was very clean, offered some toiletries, and had a full kitchen. The location is easy to get to and check in was simple.
They gave us an information booklet which we used as our guide to pick restaurants and things to do. That was VERY helpful!
This is a great location near Big Bear City, and tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. We had no issues with the wifi and the office staff were very responsive.
This charming cottage is economical compared to other lodging in the Big Bear area. It is a 20 minute drive to Big Bear City, but it's a smooth ride and worth it for the quietude and affordability. The proprietor is kind, accessible, and communicative. The house was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed this cute place and would definitely stay there again, especially when they add a hot tub on the back patio!
