Nothing. I didn't stay here because they demanded a $50 deposit out of no where for this hotel so I was never even given a room.

I liked the women who checked me in and out of my room and the ones who worked the desk in the evening, one woman clocked out at 4 so I assume she was apart of A.M. front desk crew she was super nice. Another women gave my kiddos some coloring pages and crayons, they told us about our free drinks even for the kids. They explained the money authorization (which I know because it’s all hotels policy) they definitely were educated to the T! They had a texting system I was able to use to talk to front desk because the rooms don’t have phones ( because in this day it’s common for a 3 year old to have a cellphone(not in my family though)). I like how Starbucks is super close. I’ve only ever stayed in the artists rooms on the 4th floor which I love. They’re all so unique, I often stay here alone for concerts in abq but this time I brought my family. I love how all the rooms have balcony’s.

Gave me a refund for my week booking when I wanted to leave 12 hours after arrival.

Staff was rude and unprofessional especially when yelling at other customers in front of other guests. Even got threatened by the manager that she was gonna call the police in 20 minutes if we didn't vacate the room. All because the booking site wasn't showing up on her end. Now I GOT 3 FREAKING BOOKING CANCELLATIONS WITH OVER $60.00 FEE EACH ONE WHEN THIS ALL COULD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. I FELT AS IF I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND AS IF SHE WAS PASSING JUDGMENT UPON ME AND MY GUESTS. I even had to unclog my own toilet in my room.

Booking.com stated $109, ended up paying $150 when asked they said there are different locations. I would not of booked the location without a price.
But the rooms were great an I loved my stay. I held on one CC and checked out with another the money on the CC that was holding the room was authorized than said it wouldn't go back for 7 days.

We went to the Holocausts Energy Museum with our son and spent two hours there! I could have spent longer but we had other things to do. I can't wait to go back.
There were two main casinos there which we visited both. I couldn't decide which I liked best. We had lots of fun.
There is a lot of traffic and with the river running through the heart of it, it can be difficult at times. Seems like it shouldn't take 30 minutes to go 8-10 miles. Oh well.

Management discounted my stay due to an inoperable deadbolt on the room door and lack of safety concern from night shift desk employees. The front desk made the comment that there was no way for anyone to gain access to our room. Some time between 10:00-10:30, an attempt was made to enter the room that my grandsons and I were occupying. I called the front desk, with no real results. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again.

Our stay was good… Local Restaurants and a few Nationwide Chain facilities and fast food places which we ate breakfast at Denny’s.. Very easy access to main highways. A local Casino was nice to visit with very good Gaming Tables and slot machines. Their dining facilities were good as well.. Road construction north of the motel, but easy to navigate..

Bernalillo is fine. MOTEL 6 IS NOT. do not choose motel 6.
Bernalillo is fine. MOTEL 6 IS NOT. do not choose motel 6. Bad area. Not safe. Hotel should be condemned. No screens on windows, smoke detectors not working. Door locks, a/c, key cards don’t work. When I expressed concern, a kind desk clerk told me I should leave and go somewhere safe. I stayed 2 nights and left.
I have always liked staying at Holiday Inn Express and my preference is to book with that hotel. I was disappointed with our stay at the one in Bernalillo. Although older than the ones I have stayed at in the past, the lack of maintenance was obvious. Our tv remote didn’t work, the carpeting was stained, etc.
The room was very clean at check in. Tv and ac was on. The front desk staff was polite, knowledgeable and accomdating! My coffee pot & fridge was non functioning. I mentioned it to the front desk. Maintenance fixed it right away! I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was very good!
Ok property. Staff very nice. However locks on door and back entry to hotel need repairing. Had to work at getting doors unlocked for entry. Very noisy as you can hear every door that opens & closes. Right near highway noise as well.
The unit was clean and staff was great.
Many hotels in Albuquerque jacked up price due to Pow Wow convention. The cost here was fine vs. other s.
Albuquerque is our stopping point between Arizona and Denver. We will be back.
Good room, nice breakfast.
Friendly staff at the reception. Wished every hotel had an Irene working at the reception.
They opened breakfast already at 04.00 AM because of the balloon festival. Super.
