Mask policy made me sad, especially since we were coming from the freedom from them and with kids. I called ahead to see if we'd still be able to use the pool or if they had shut that down as well only to find that their pool was out of service. We cancelled our stay. (And saw only a couple masked people anywhere we went, by the way....)

We just stayed one night on our way through. It was far enough south of Kansas City to have lighter traffic. Oden's Family BBQ was very good and we found less expensive gas. We drive through here regularly and will stay again.

The front desk staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are clean, and they provide Neutrogena products. There is a 24hr coffee bar (they offer Earl Grey & Lipton tea), and they offer Sugar in the Raw (my favorite) & half & half. I do wish they could have provided some different flavored creamers, but, the coffee is good.

I forgot to mention in my review that the deadbolt on the door did not work. We were informed by the desk clerk that renovations were being planned. At this time, it does not even qualify for 1 star.

Clean room. No breakfast as advertised. I know part of it was Covid related but packaged items could have been there. Only coffee and juice, no small milk cartons. Didn't like having to put a $50.00 deposit. If I wouldn't have asked for it, I wouldn't have got it back.

I left after 1st night. Had to book another hotel. This was likely the worst hotel I ever stayed at. People talking outside my room till 5am. People upstairs beating on the floor because they thought I was being loud. The people being loud then beating on my door because they thought I was beating on their wall. Then in the morning another guest checked into my room when I was still in bed. I got no good sleep. The next day was ruined. The room smelled like hell too. And the sheets were dirty.

The place overcharged me by over $1000. The worker at the desk was a crackhead looser. The place was unsanitary, filthy and gross. The other tenants were low life thugs. I will never use booking.com again. Too bad you use this hotel.

It's a nice facility with good amenities. The pool was closed, and I chose this hotel for the indoor pool. I didn't find out until after I checked in. Everything else was nice.

This hotel needs to be completely remodeled or completely torn down. Booking.com should eliminate it as a source because it reflects badly on this company as well!!!
