This was a great stay to visit a friend in Clearwater. The hotel is new, clean, with great facilities and friendly staff. Free onsite parking and breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. Would stay again.
This was a great property. It was in a gated community, very secure, very quiet. The property itself was gorgeous and very well maintained. It was beautifully decorated. It looks and feels very luxurious. They have robes and toiletries. The rooms are updates and very well decorated. In the morning they bring breakfast baskets.

Not the greatest experience in comfort or amenities or views, this is an old Florida road side one story motel and seems to stayed very much the same as a town grew around it, the view is one window of the road, it's busy and lights from traffic shine in and the lights from the office are right in the middle of the u shapes rooms, air conditioning was window units that didn't seem up to cooling anything,so just a place to stay, nothing to expect beyond that.

Pleasant, upscale, very wide range of conveniences. Traffic from and back to Orlando was distressing. I felt I had to adde an extra two hours to the normal 2 1/2 hr. drive time to be sure to make it to MCO for my flight.
